Should be called shrimp n sausage gumbo. There was 5 shrimp, 10 small pieces of sausage, one very, very small 2 little claw…not even a claw. The flavor is delicious. Was told why it was taking so long, “adding more seafood”.

UPDATE - sometimes when you have a bad experience it can not be attributed to the chef, sometimes a bad apple can ruin an experience. After chatting with the owner i definitely needed to come back and update my review. Instead of R house i will be checking out their store front location for another chance.
