Friendly’s closed a lot of there locations. Thank God we found the one in the Harford Mall still open. My son absolutely loves ice cream. Thank you Friendly’s for staying in business and the great friendly service.“

“I went to this place after months of thinking about it. I ordered the detroit style pan pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese. And it was freakin delicious. Stays consistent a day later even after reheating. A little pricey though. If i could get a half of detroit pan pizza i would prefer that. Just in case i dont need to feed a whole family.“

Two decent sized bar rails, looked to be an indoor eating area as well. Decent sized parking lot but Im sure that fills up fast.

Friendly staff, decent menu, large variety of beer. Food was good, thought the onions were cut odd for a sandwhich, they were chunks not thin rings. Loved the creamy horseradish.

“we had never been there before today. A friend recommended them. The berry salad is perfection! Turkey sandwich with cranberries and brie, perfection. Everything we got was delicious and they answered our questions without tude. everyone was so kind and helpful. our new favorite salad and sandwich shop! thank you guys for a wonderful experience ❤️“

“Totally kicking myself for declining a receipt but figured I’d leave feedback here. I haven’t been to this location before but this was hands down THE BEST BK experience I’ve ever had. Ever. I believe her name was Samya who helped me, she was so nice and personable, informed me my sauces would be extra and asked if that was okay. She was fast, accurate, funny and nice. Very professional. I also had Laura hand my food out, she was very nice and polite, my food came out very quickly and she even asked if I needed any other condiments! All I ordered was fries and sauce but they were piping hot in the best way, 10/10 all around for everyone involved in getting my midday snack. Keep up the good work and make sure these employees know they’re appreciated!!!“

“The staff were frustrated and overwhelmed in challenges I could tell but why wouldn't they on a night of a storm and electricity keep flickering or actually going off!! They offered to give us the food at no cost but we just couldn't do that everybody was working as a team refreshing to see and customer service was great“

“Needless to say the place is amazing! I loved the interior look of the establishment. It really resembles a lodge, even has ski seat that swing (a little LOL). My kid truly enjoyed the seats. The Orange Crush was really good and the crab dip was awesome! The wait staff was warm and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back. “On 6/28/25 we had my son’s graduation party there. Food was great, staff were attentive, service for a large party was excellent. The personalized menus that were made for his party were perfect. Everything was perfect for this special occasion.“
