Great food and service. Slightly more expensive than what I’m accustomed to but Bel Air rents will do that

I have eaten there multiple times. During my last visit, I spilled half of my burrito all over myself and the floor. I offered to clean it up by the guy behind the counter refused. They were all very nice. Excellent food and service and I will be going back many times again

I’ve driven past this place so many times and hadn’t had a chance to check it out until this afternoon. Their menu is HUGE so I cannot speak for everything on there but I got the charbroiled chicken, white rice and the fried yuca and omg, it was so flavorful! Being Puerto Rican & from NY it’s been hard being out here in Harford county and not having many Spanish food options that don’t lean mainly towards Mexican food (and maybe I just haven’t researched much but I’ve only been here a year). Anyways, we will definitely be back and next time I’ll try some more items off the menu and even a dessert! And staff was so kind! And the place seemed very clean. Give them a try!

Food is so yummy, not much space to eat in but that is ok as I took out anyway. Its definitely fresh and good food here and service is pretty good, a slight wait but not too bad. I will go back soon !

On previous visits, the customer service was helpful when ordering a meatless burrito. However, when I came in today and asked for the same, the girl behind the counter told us that there was no such thing as a meatless burrito. She conducted herself with less than professional behavior by seeming to ridicule the order. On top of that, we were charged the equivalent of a chicken burrito which was $16.00… I’m not quite sure that the math adds up on that. The food was good, but the lack of kindness from the staff left a bad taste in my mouth. Maybe it’s just this certain employee, but I wouldn’t recommend.

Food was excellent. Got a half chicken and the Cajun grilled chicken, both with sides came to $30. Seems reasonable in these economic times... I hope it sticks around cause we needed something to mix up the typical Mexican/South America food scene around here. The sauces, man can’t decide which one was better so I mixed the two. Buy the chicken people its called El Gran Pollo for a reason!

First time there and it was really good. Had the grilled chicken sandwich and loved it… it’s a big sandwich, btw.
Definitely need to go back to try the more authentic items

The food is fantastic and the service is very very slow. That is the only minus.

Delicious chicken. Little on the pricy side, but still good value for the food. I would eat here again.
