Wasn't impressed this visit. I immediately noticed the floor was dirty and the area around the toppings was not cleaned up like it normally is. One employee was sitting on the back counter on his phone with his hood up and the one at the cash register was chatting with another teen.
They had original tart. We were thrilled. It was delicious and the price wasn't bad
I really love the frozen dessert, and staff is always friendly. Unfortunately the last 2-3 times I’ve been here, it is not clean. Debris on the floor, sticky seats and tables, and looks like it could use a good cleaning. Just disappointed about the lack of attention to cleanliness and messiness.

Based on the reviews, sweetFrog is a very clean place with spotless counters and no crumbs. The staff is friendly and provides great customer service, with specific mention of a bigger guy and a young man with curly hair who are both very nice and have great attitudes. The restaurant has new tables and chairs and looks great. Customers recommend the cheesecake flavor and the Cinnamon Toast Crunch froyo, which can be topped with granola and chocolate chips. Kids love choosing from the different toppings to put together their own bowl. The restaurant is often busy, but the line moves quickly. While the service is good, some note that customers are asked for a tip at checkout even though they pour their own yogurt and add toppings. Overall, sweetFrog is highly recommended for an after dinner treat, especially on a hot summer day.
