We went in for lunch on a Saturday. The place was very busy but the line moved quickly, the service was very friendly, restaurant was clean, and the food was delivered quickly to our table. The subs are great and they offer lots of toppings. They also came by while we were eating to see if everything was good and that doesn't seem to happen often in the quick service industry. We appreciated the attention and the genuine friendliness of the entire staff.
I was not happy when my husband brought me home a vegetarian sub(with extra cheese). All I saw on it was tons of peppers, lettuce and tomatoe. When he returned to the store the employee opened the sandwich swiped his finger across it and said it has cheese, we use liquid cheese. There is nothing wrong with this sandwich (I guess he forgot he put his finger in it). Needless to say we got our money back. My son got a steak sandwich that was good. Pretty good subs. Way better than subway but that's not a high bar. I really like the turkey bacon ranch sub. Place is always clean and the workers seem freindly enough. My only complaint is mino in that sometimes it takes a bit long to get your food. Could be I just got some new people and the kinks have worked out. Def be back many times.
