I took my granddaughter there a few weeks ago and had the cheese tortellini with roasted garlic sauce. It was delicious. I took my sister there today. I had the tortellini and a garden salad. The salad was nothing but limp, lettuce, and brown bits. The tortellini was overcooked with no sauce at all. I couldn’t even eat it. I will not go back.
I love the menu and spend most of my lunch breaks here. However, the staff is very loud and one in particular likes to tell stories at the top of her lungs. I really would like to enjoy my lunch break but I spend the only 30 mins of downtime I have listening to the loudest conversations I’ve ever heard. There is quite a bit of cussing as well. This is the third time it’s gotten to this point and I’m no longer interested in going to this establishment.
Nate was awesome!! I came in around 9pm and he was so full of positive energy! He helped me decide what to order and we casually chit chatted while my food was being prepared. While other places make you feel unwelcome and rushed when you come in later, I did not feel this way at all. Thanks Nate! Great customer service, I will be back!
