Very clean and nice open atmosphere. The service was nice just seemed a little slow for McDs. This restaurant would be perfect if it had a self serve soda counter but other than it is very nice and not too busy.

as an employee reading these reviews, the most recent are all complaining about the same manager, which sucks because the other employees do put in effort while, a certain manager refuses to cooperate and is consistently rude to customers. on her behalf, we apologize. we have little to no idea why management still has her employed.

We went to get 2 sausage burrito meals they messed up our order by giving us only 2 instead of 4 so we go back to get another one but we can't get it because it is 11:01 and they said "breakfast ended we can not get that for you"

Churchville McDonald’s drive thru was terrible . I went to get something for the kids , because they were starving from sports. as we were first given the wrong drink, we were asked to drive up to the yellow line, waiting for our meals…we were forgotten about. As I watched , in the rear view mirror , 4 cars get their food! 15 min later,I thought we were forgotten about. I finally had to get out of the car and go in. The lady rudely, before I even got my words out …told me they are waiting on fries. 5 min later, still patiently waiting… no meals. Finally when I was given the meals . The fries that were “just made” were cold . But the kids sandwich’s were scolding hot. As i commented”you could have least told us” the lady rudely tossed the bag of food at me. Not I’m sorry, not “thanks for the wait”! Nothing .but I did get the wrong drink, cold fries, chicken nuggets that were hot and hard, with no chicken in them. As my son told me “I told you so”, About not going to the churchville McDonald’s , I had to learn my lesson the hard way ! Never again!!

Stopped in for lunch today. When we came in, there were no other customers at the counter. The girl behind the counter was clearly annoyed we were there. She was impatient and abrupt. She wasn’t wearing a name tag. Someone else came in (with a McDonald’s logo on her sleeve), and waited quite a while to be acknowledged. Another couple came in behind her and left after a few minutes. We got our food, sat down, and several more people came in. She mumbled to them all to order from a kiosk (although it was a group effort to figure out what she said). EVERYONE, of all ages, struggled with the kiosks. The kiosks instructed buyers to take a “table tent” number. The staff called out numbers when orders were ready (aren’t those meant for staff to bring food to your table?). I saw the rude girl who first took our order tossing food at an older lady across the counter as I was leaving. We won’t be back. What a shame, as this is a great location, across from the community college.

I’ve worked here for 2 years and quit because Paula the owner lady has been really disrespectful and is trying to hide the roaches around the kitchen, and I’ve been getting paid less than other people apparently. My manager Mariana is great she the only one who runs it

The worst McDonalds I have eaten ate. Bread was hard and dried out, and burger burnt and dried out. I have felt like the quality has been declining, but this was just terrible. Would not recommend stopping here.
