A good stsrt would be to serve hot food. We waited just over an hour tonight for our orders only for my wife to receive a cold meal. Our server had the lame excuse the kitchen "was slammed". Cold food is not on the kitchen. It's on the server letting it sit. Throwing the kitchen staff under the bus is no way to run your business. To make a bad situation worse, my wife WAS NOT offered a replacement meal. Simply comping the meal solved nothing. We are long time customers...read full review
We sat at a table for at least a 1/2 hour with 5 adults and 3 kids and no one came to get our order. We asked the bartender and he said someone was coming to take our order but it never happened. We walked out.
This was my favorite place for wings and crushes. The bartender tonight who we have had multiple times was absolutely terrible and rude. I am shocked I actually got a drink. Wanted to order food but she walked away with an attitude- ordered herself food- ate at the bar and when we asked were told the kitchen was closed. Would have at least gotten another drink but after sitting with an empty glass for 10 Minutes with zero acknowledgment we left. Killed me to leave cash for what...read full review
