I’ve been here maybe 75 times in my life, no joke, and each and every time it has been a treat to go to La Tolteca. The staff, like Mr. Raul and Mrs. Rosy, and so kind and attentive, and they even know us now as regulars. Portions are much smaller but more expensive. Ask the price of your beverage if you are frugal. My skinny margarita (because the lime was freshly squeezed) was $15.99. I was floored.
