Food and Service was 100% on point. Our server Aimee was very friendly engaging and kept check on us. The building was slightly chili but it could also be that its cooler outside today. Course being a short person I would like to say sitting where you cant touch the floor or put your feet somewhere can get uncomfortable 😂 Not Outbacks fault. Enjoyed my experience at the Belair Outback.

Usually I don't leave reviews for chain restaurants, but the food was exceptional. I've only been to Outback one other time in the last year at a different location and before that it was 5 plus years. The last visit at a different location was ho hum, but this location had fresher food and generous portions. Job well done!

Our server, Steve, was very good. He was attentive and our food came out in a very reasonable time. Our steak was prepared exactly as we requested. Decent value for the meal and its cost. A good amount of food. There was an exuberant little league team in the aisle next to us which added to the atmosphere, lol. Definitely happy enough to come back.

Perfectly excellent , bold and tasty.Toowoomba salmon and rice. Our waitress and servers, Rebecca and Corrine were absolutely excellent and entertaining. Only reason for 4 star on atmosphere was the ladies restroom.

The atmosphere is a generic restaurant. The server was great. We had ?Megan? She was great! The ancillary staff was great getting our drinks and food out. It's great getting a cold salad and hot dinner. I had to grilled salmon with a salad and sweet potato. I really enjoyed it. My husband had a filet of some sort with a salad and mash potatoes. He was very happy with it.

Good menu selection. I ordered 2 takeouts of hamburgers and fries, which were delicious. The girl taking my order was professional and friendly. She brought the food to the car in about 15 minutes. One suggestion... the take out room was very hot as if there was no AC at all. It must be very uncomfortable to work there on hot days. I believe it was 95° outside. Maybe a fan, at the least, would help with the heat in that small room.
I came in for lunch at the bar. The bartender was friendly but rarely behind the bar (when I arrived and while I dined). She had two tables and myself. I had no silverware but the salad came out. I waited for my chicken and bread. The chicken came out a few minutes later (not a huge issue), but never received the bread. (Perhaps it doesn’t come with lunch at the bar, unsure, but wasn’t able to ask for it because she wasn't back there). Maybe she had other tables I couldn’t see. But for the $30 I spent, on a house salad with grilled chicken and one cocktail (not including tip), Just a little disappointed.

Worst experience with an Outback ever. Saturday night 9pm , well before closing . Cooks messed up our order , blooming onion was anything but blooming. The onion was falling apart and spread all over the plate. The steaks were all messed up, medium came out raw , medium well came out medium rare, medium well came out over cooked. The only good thing was the drinks. $120 including the tip. They did however comp the steaks and apps for messing up pretty bad so customer service 5 but food 1

Barb was absolutely a joy! Even after / kept messing up my order, she stayed patient, kind, and professional the entire time. You don't come across servers like her every day - she made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. Outback is lucky to have someone like Barb on their team. She truly went above and beyond, and I really appreciated it, so much so that I came back the next day lol.
