When you visit Panera, you expect a similar experience that you'll get at other Panera locations, and this is no exception. Food is always freshly prepared, service is usually lightning quick even when crowded, and it gets crowded quite often, and staff is always helpful. The only small gripe I have is that sometimes the lime soda is not available and that's my go-to drink. Otherwise, a well run Panera location.

I enjoy going to panera for coffee and bagels with my siblings on Sunday's. Such a nice atmosphere. There are tables filled with AA attendees, tutors and students, people doing school or business work, etc. Just really pleasant with nice counter-workers.

My visit to Panera in Bel Air festival was a mixed experience. Firstly, the door is quite heavy and not elderly-friendly. I had to assist an older person to open it, and even I found it cumbersome.

Once inside, the customer service was commendable. I was greeted at the counter by friendly and pleasant staff. Although there was a bit of a wait, it wasn't too bad. However, I wouldn't recommend visiting during a half-hour work lunch break due to the waiting...
