Already hard enough to get anything other than a basic pretzel from here anymore, but then they make it harder by closing an hour early every day. Chip reader also doesn't work so you need tap or cash. Overall horrible service.

Every time me and my family come to the mall, we always have to stop here! The Pretzel Twister has amazing food, and amazing, hard working, workers! The atmosphere at this restaurant is definitely five stars.
First, the food. The food made at the pretzel twister always tastes amazing! I would definitely recommend their pretzel bites. Especially with the cinnamon.
Secondly, the service. They take the orders with a smile on their face, and get them ready in the blink of an eye. If you’re hungry, this is the place to go! They do not leave you waiting at all!
Third, the atmosphere. As I’ve mentioned, they try their hardest to make the food. When I went yesterday, the worker took his time making the pretzel bites, he was not rushing as most people would be. And, plus one for all of their kindness!
Parking: In front of the Harford Mall.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are here all the time! It’s where I have most of my memories!
Wheelchair accessibility: If you can get into the mall with a wheelchair, you can get a pretzel in a wheelchair! (Wheelchair accessible entrances for the people!)

Pretzels are good if I could get one. Watched the girls "close" while waiting in line at 6:55 pm. Watched the girl pull the cinnamon pretzels then claim they didn't have any and were closed.

Walked up to the pretzel twister and saw two girls working as hard as they could. I swear they was pretty much squirrels running around looking for nuts. Very professional and extremely nice to the customers. Would highly recommend the place. ?
I walked up to the pretzel twister and the girl on the register already knew what I wanted. It blew my mind, I truly couldn’t believe it. They knew I wanted a large pibb and some pretzel bites. The girl was very nice and earned herself a tip. Always enjoy a nice old fashioned pretzel.
Worst customer service I’ve experienced in years. The young girls talk to adults like trash. 5 people working while 1 does all the work. I asked if any were gonna help her while the older lady and one of the younger ones watched tictok videos on her phone. Not one helped the cashier fill orders. Just standing there on their phones. The mall is already struggling and with employees like them they will surely close before they have too.
Came 30 min after opening and ain’t nobody twisting any pretzels. The girls were just sitting there not doing anything with their lights off. Very disappointing.
Had a pretzel today- I couldn’t even finish it. Not sure if the ingredients were changed or what but it was awful.
The best pretzels in Bel air! Not small and super fresh.

Ordered the cinnamon sugar bites. The girl knocked them over on the counter, lost part on the floor and caught some in her hand. She then used tongs to pick them up off the counter, put them back in the cup, minus 1/4 of them on the ground and put them in our bag moving on to the next customer. We ended up just throwing them out because they didn't have anymore and I have no idea which ones she touched with her bare hands after handing cash from the person before us.
Good pretzels, good service. Just would like for the pretzel sticks, or now bites to be made more often since they are popular. They are always out.
Best pretzel place I’ve ever been to! Definitely Better than Auntie Anne’s.
Terrible service and rude staff.
I work there
