Purchased 4 medium size snowballs today June24, at 3:30. Very little flavoring in all of them. Usually you would see some liquid flavoring as you chop the ice. Two of them actually were dry about 2/3 of the way into the cup. Could not ask for more flavoring since we took them home. Tell your employees to add a few more squirts of flavoring if you want customers to return.

Years ago when I first moved to the area I was very nervous to order as I had no idea what this place was about, we didn’t have these where I am from. Though, the staff was very supportive and helped me pick a flavor I may like. I still get that flavor almost every time I come by. The employee who worked on the 25 of May today was equally very kind. I am always happy with the quality and walk away satisfied.
Parking: It is in the parking lot of a mall and is always very easy to park close to this!
Kid-friendliness: Benches right by the stand itself make an easy place to sit and relax. They also have very affordable junior sizes.

they are so rude .. I got there at 9 and they rushed to leave when they seen my car .. it’s open til 930 .. and I said are you guys closing ? They replied back yes we are I said oh do you wanna make extra money as a joke and they said laughed and shut the screen door .. wow
