They mess up a lot, they are slow and the workers usually are rude. But everyone once in a while I’ll get a really nice worker. Kevin is the sweetest worker i have ever met at a fast food place! 3 stars because Kevin without him it would be less.
Well………today was a miss. Not sure why the fries in the “drive thru” line were so cold at 4:30pm. I expected them to be warm or hot. Had to ask for ketchup before pulling off and Never received my receipt. The second window was in training so some of these issues I can understand………..so I didn’t mind the 17 minute delay in the drive thru lane. Room for improvement.

The bad: the service, why have table delivery available if the the employees are to lazy to walk out on the floor? If a customer wants to wait at the counter they would probably select counter in the app. Additionally, the order to yelling my tablet number at the counter time was well over 10 minutes; not what the establishment advertises.
The ugly: the bathroom, it was tore up with toilet paper...
