I tried to make a purchase at 10:50 and they already had the store closed, and they supposedly close at 11:00 p.m. and really poor customer service.

The young girl working tonight gave me the smallest scoops ever, I ordered a 3 scoop sundae the scoops did not even fill half the cup, it was a pitiful looking ice cream sundae. She did not dip the scoop in the water before scooping etc you can tell she was new but still it's the point of the fact. Very disappointed.

what a wonderful experience here because the employees and the owner were nice people!

Kid-friendliness: They have kids creatures creations, different flavors of ice cream and they take custom designs for cakes. Their scopes are pretty much bigger in size?The owners are very friendly and gentle with the customers! Now they have tables and chairs. Anyone can sit and enjoy the ice cream in front of the shop.

I’ve been to this location three times. The workers were nice enough and the ice cream was good. However, the last time I went they had a dead roach(?) and a living smaller bug in their cone display. Do what you wish with this information.

I feel that charging $5 for the smallest ice cream cone that was stale is not a good deal. In fact it's insulting.

fix your hours. how are you closing your establishment 30 minutes before closing time. i literally arrived at 9:30 and the closing time online says 10

Three separate occasions I have been to location and they were opening up after 12 pm. (Hour after opening listed) and called because they are never open until listed close time,(10 pm). Called at 7pm and was told that they were closed and walking out at that present moment. I know they are finished with the renovations so it confuses me how they are operating. Use to be my favorite Baskin Robbins location. This happened more than four times.

Counter clerk repeated order, still got it wrong, was going to throw it away. Daughter said it was okay but get the right flavor this time. Asked them to give her the wrong order (one scoop) for free since they made a mistake and her birthday was in a week. They said no, had to pay for both the wrong order and the correct order. Not customer friendly and cheap, to say the least. Service is terrible at this location. Other reviews bear this observation out. Also ice crystals in my order. Go somewhere else

Mold. Improper storing. Ice cream was melted and has flakes of mold in it. Gross.
