This is a atypical fast food place. Unfortunately the person taking out order was interrupted multiple times while taking the order. I finically told him to stop doing other things and take out order or we would leave. The onion rings are changed and a waste of money.

The food was hot and decent,however Zoria's customer service was non-existent! I wasn't greeted at the window when she took my payment ,she didn't say not one word the entire encounter with a completely vile attitude during the process. Management may want to strongly consider employees who actually want to be there and not just ones that only want to get a paycheck.

This establishment gets zero stars. I ordered a double whopper no bread. Simple task The workers questioned me down why and how.. I get the burger and it's sloppy thrown in a brown wrapper cheese stuck to wrapper and the lettuce tomatoes and onions are thrown in a fry bag. I asked for a tray or something and now everyone is coming to the window laughing about they don't have a tray or anything that's how you get it. Just terrible and rude. To make it a joke and majority of employees coming to window laughing is unacceptable. Do better Burger King.. Zero stars given!!

This location kinda sucks. They forgot my honey mustard chicken wrap, the chocolate to the churros, almost forgot the sauces, and their sprite tastes like sparkling water

Went to this location for the 2nd time ever on 3/31 and ordered drive-thru through their app. Was told to come inside because they didn't have any biscuits ready. Seventeen later I finally received my order. Went to this location for the first time 2 weeks ago and they got my order wrong. Won't be coming back ever again!

I'll go to this location,once per month because of the onion rings. I have NEVER been in the drive thru for less than 20 minutes. People regularly drive off after ordering because it's so slow. I think that because of that, they don't actually start making your food until you pay, which defeats the point of fast food. Good food. HORRIBLE service because of the long waiting times.
I had the worst experience at this Burger King this evening. I ordered 2 whopper meals and placed my order at the kiosk. I specifically indicated what I wanted on the whoppers. However, when I got my burgers, they were made wrong. however, my boyfriend stated that he will keep his burger and take whatever he didn’t want off the burger. As for me, I took my burger back and asked for it to made correctly as indicated on my order. After 5 burgers made, my burger still was not made correctly. The manager stepped in with an attitude as it was my fault . The manager going to argue with me like I put the order in wrong. thank God, my boyfriend had the original receipt to show what we asked for on our whoppers. after my boyfriend showed the manager the receipt, he said he will make the burger. The manager had an attitude when he gave me the burger and didn’t apologize or nothing. Terrible experience, what happened to good customer service? Definitely will not be going back to this location smh
