We were driving to Boston and took an exit for food. Lucky as we found this gem. Amazing food and service. I hope we get to see them again in this life.

There’s nothing memorable about this place. Service was attentive but they have some tactics to squeeze money outta you. Autogratuity with no notice either verbal or written on menu. Be prepared to be charged for separate items, if you order casemiento (rice&beans together) they ring you up as two separate items. $90 for 2 pupusas, order or tacos and pollo con tajadas, outrageous. I wouldn’t complain if the food was great but nothing was memorable.

The food was delicious, but the customer service is terrible.

I ordered online. When I got there, it turn out they didn't have the drink I ordered. They just tried to give me a different flavor without even asking. I asked if they could please exchange it for another flavor, and they were arguing that it couldn't be done because it was a huge difference. The difference was only $0.11 cents. I was willing to pay it, but it turned out the drink I had ordered, which they didn't have (Passion Fruit), was more expensive than the change I was asking for.

They ignored me as if I wasn't there. They left me hanging, and they glared at me. This is a very unprofessional place.

Les doy una Estrella porque lastimosamente no se les puede dar 0.00 , no recomiendo este lugar a nadie , este lugar necesita urgentemente cambio de personal y contratar personas que si den un buen servicio al cliente , da pena y vergüenza la actitud de la gente , como que si estuvieran trabajando de gratis o obligados .

Beltsville lacks in flavor. Service and just plain know how. Ill visit the other 2.

They were making delicious food but I don't know if the cooks have changed and the taste is different. But that's not really the bad thing, the reality is that when it came time to pay my bill I saw that on the receipt they were charging me for 3 extra dishes of food. The good thing is that I checked in time and made a claim and they took them away from me and the excuse was that I didn't know how they had been duplicated and the other thing is that they charge an extra fee for paying with debit or credit cards. And it's actually the first restaurant where this happens. Never, ever have they done this to me in any restaurant.

The food was really good but I don't know if they changed cooks but now the food tastes different. But that's not the bad part realistically, Realistically at time to pay my bill I saw that they were charging me three plates of extra food. The good thing is that I noticed on time and told them about it and they had fixed the mistake and there excuse was that they didn't know how the bill got duplicated and another thing is that now they double charge you when you pay with a debit or credit card. In reality that's the first restaurant where that's happened. Never but never did that happen to me in any restaurant.

It was my third or fourth time visiting the restaurant, the food is always pleasant but nothing out of this world. My problem is the portions and quality of the food, the prices are quite high. We told the waitress that the milkshake on the menu said 2.99 and she told us that “it was a mistake” and that $5.50 was the price... these are things that are not the consumer's problem and they should be fixed or pay close attention to the prices they put on the menu. Another thing, for two teaspoons of pickle they charged $3.99 - in other places they give it for free, sometimes it even comes included with the chicken/slices. Be careful, the tip is also already included so if you expect good attention from the waitressing staff, be prepared to receive minimal attention. the large coffee - it's a small cup - so I can't even imagine what a small coffee looks like 😭 ​​I would like to say something good about the restaurant but the truth is they leave a lot to be desired. I won't be coming back anymore. 😞

The montucas are not good, nothing to see and they charge tips without notifying the customer!! Check the invoice!! I only tried the chicken with slices and the montucas!!

The montucas are definitely ugly, not appetizing at all 🫤 and they charge you too much for a tip since it is included in your bill 🙄 in my opinion I do not recommend it

The food is good, the only thing I don't understand is how they sell chicken with slices and it doesn't include the pickle🙄 if this is supposed to come with the dish
It's like selling pupusas without pickles
