Just got an order of 3 peace catfish and the damn fish was under cooked .. and then my DoorDash driver ganiyat can’t read ? instructions clearly said knock on the door .. please cook the fish properly and cook hard like instructed next time cus these was for my daughter as well .. fyi cook your fries ? in separate grease! Taste like chicken and fish combined.. smh

So glad Hip Hop Fish & Chicken is in Beltsville with an added twist of Pizza. It is a huge location with an endless menu. I highly recommend their chicken wings, fried broccoli cheddar bites, and fried mac & cheese bites. Also the customer service was absolutely wonderful. I really enjoyed this location it's nice compared to others that I have been too.

I don't review restaurants often but today they this place was awesome and I feel bad for not being able to leave a tip on my card. I placed an order only to cancel it because I thought I wasn't going to be able to make it and then called back 20 min later to ask if they still had my food since I was mistaken. They decided to remake it!

Got the chicken and fish comb. In the bathroom half the day and all night. Still not back to normal. They need to do better with their food prep and storage, must have been bad fish. Salmonella or food poisoning, not sure what. Never again. They would let me give zero stars.

Came in at lunch and ordered the 10 pc wing and fries. It was ok I didnt like the "crack" powder that is put on the chicken.
Staff is great. Clean atmosphere good food. However, I don't care for the seasoning on you of the potato salad.

I ordered at 1120pm. Chicken and waffles. I park and see all the employees leaving expecting my food to be done and the store is closed after taking my order. How are you going to take an order and then leave in your camry. I thought you closed at 12 am?

I went to this location because it was close to an event I was having 15 minutes away. Big mistake! When I placed the catering order I was specific about what I ordered and it was clear on the receipt. I sent my son with the receipt to pick up the order, when he got back I immediately noticed he didn’t have all the food! I called back and they told me I got the wrong order to send everything back and they would give him the right one. The event was 30 minutes away so I was beyond annoyed. Well I sent the order back with my son. The store calls me back 5 minutes later to say I did not get the wrong order but they owed me some more food. I had to hurry and call my son back to turn around because I at least wanted to set that food up before guests arrived. Meanwhile all this back and forth and it’s getting cold, smh. Needless to say it was a disaster. Now to the quality of the chicken.. . absolutely not! The wings and legs looked like they belonged to a Cornish hen and they were dry as the dessert! So disappointed in this location. I’ve had wings from another nameless location and they were waaay better.

Location was shabby. Bathroom stall in the men's room had it's door in the floor and detached. 5 of the 8 fountain drinks options were marked "out of order". Clerk (middle aged gentleman) who took my order was simultaneously on a phone call (seemed a social call) while ringing me up.All the food was hot. Fries were good. Nothing special... But far from mediocre. Chicken tenders were grisly and unevenly breaded. Hush puppies were large but no butter was available. Everything had a seasoning on it which seemed to be primarily salt and sugar. Unnecessary and unwanted.I won't be returning.

The DONT HAVE MUMBO SAUCE!!!! how ya gonna be dang hip hop ANYTHING without Mumbo sauce. Food is fine. Order extra crack powder on your chicken thats the way to go!
