It's your average Kfc. Food is good, people are nice. Don't forget that they're taking a big risk coming to work during a pandemic. All the changes in what we can and can't do, like eating inside, have made some things difficult, so be patient and always remember to be kind. Even if a mistake is made, it costs nothing to be nice to people. You never know what's going on in their personal life.
