The lady in the second window hand me a milkshake with strawberry smoothie sticking to the side of the drink look dirty and I ask her this is how you serve my meal she reply yes that how she serve and shut the window on me and lock her window. The Manger is very rude at this establishment.. Made a purchase and forgot to order something and they said I had to go around and get back in line and order that item would not take payment at the window. Ridiculous

I order 3 steak egg and cheese bagels and they didn’t put the beef on the sandwiches they only gave me the bagel with cheese and the eggs they need to do better never going back to this McDonalds the way they attend people are so unprofessional the worse McDonalds I been to

Order a medium fry and a Diet Coke. French fries were cold. And there was a $.10 bag charge for the fry. What’s up with this bag charge? According to the Prince Georges County website, this is charged by the retailer for the benefit of the retailer so McDonald’s is charging $.10 per bag for their own benefit.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Drive thru was backed up! Went thru app to go curbside and waited TWENTY MINS!! finally go inside and workers say they don't do curbside at night?! 🤔 .... sooo if I didn't get it my car I would've NEVER got my food??

This place is terrible. They can never get orders right. I order at the kiosk and they still mess it up every time. You ask for a certain ingredient to be left off and they can’t ever get it right. Avoid this McDonald’s.
