They don't ask what size you want, they just make your order a large. You have to tell them to size it down before you are charged. They also hate their jobs. No one ever smiles and they hand you the food like someone just told them their grandmother just died.

DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY! The dining area is always extremely filthy ! They have trash bags outside of trash can exposing dirty nasty trash while people are eating . The area where we order has trash all over the floor . If this is what we can see , just imagine how the back area look where we cannot see which is where our food is being cooked and prepared . So many people are currently in need of jobs , hire someone to clean .

Ordered a chicken pack through the app. Came through the drive thru to pick up order. I paid $00.60 for 2 extra mccrispy sauces. They Made sure we got exactly 5 sauces on out order but didn’t make sure we got our 4 chickens, only received 2. Missing the 2 custom mcchickens with pickles and ketchup. I checked the bag only to reassure the sauces were there but didn’t check further to inspect rest of order. Order was placed at 10:12pm Friday November 6,2025

the employee was dismissive and didn’t seem to care about resolving the issue.
I hope management provides better training to ensure customers are treated with respect and efficiency.

The food is sometimes fresh. The day staff are always the best if you want fresh food night shift on the other hand….. It’s this women that works the drive thru overnight she is very rude and doesn’t even pay attention when people are in the drive thru I had to speak first. why do I have to speak to you first. Usually the first thing they ask is are you using the mobile app. I got nothing no hi no can I take your order. I literally heard her mumbling on the mic then asked me “what?” like i’m her child she needs to be fired not my only encounter with her. She didn’t even wanna have conflict with me when I pulled to the first window she pointed to the next window didn't even open it. Thats because I’ve had to check her about her disrespect before FIRE THIS LADY. I’m sure i’m not the only personnnn! She has blonde hair!!!
Not sure if it was a one time thing but at 1am there was no one answering the ordering mic or at the first window and the lady at the 2nd window didn't know how to see my mobile order and just asked what I ordered, then took ages getting it

Of all the McDonald’s I’ve been to, it seems this one is the most consistently late with orders, and they serve customers who order later first. Multiple times I’ve waited 30+ min for a single coffee, even when there aren’t many customers there.
