Came to this McDonald’s place the order online through their app when I got to the drive-through, they told me they were closed. I told them how I placed an order on the app which I was already charged for and they told me with an attitude that I can either cancel myself or wait till I cancel after a couple hours. I look on the app. There is no way to cancel. My card is already charged and their hours they were open. Do not go here.

I was very disappointed to find a roach/bug in my cup of water at this Beltsville location. I would have thought McDonald’s would be more cautious with the recent E. coli outbreak. Finding this in my water they exposed me to potential Dysentery, Listeriosis, Salmonella, E. coli, Polio, and Gastroenteritis. I brought this to the manager’s attention and all I was told was don’t file a complaint. Not I’m for putting your health and safety at risk. Very disappointed!!!

I go here often but on this occasion soda fountains don't work, did not get what was ordered, kiosk printer not working, employee arguing diet coke is the same as coke zero when they just need to give what is asked for. Not one of there better days
Place is near USDA office and several businesses such as Walgreens, seven-eleven etc.

How dare they serve an eaten breakfast sandwich to my family. I am glad I looked at all the sandwiches as I passed them out. I called and spoke to a manager and he said it was the bread. A chunk of bread came off…... Clearly as you can see someone took a huge bite out of this sandwich. This place needs to be shut down.

Bad service, today 09/17/24 at 8:03 AM I was served by drive thru a very heavy woman told me that it was my job not hers to see that the food she gave me was correct, Wow very bad service how they serve customers in that place and because of the customers they have work they should serve them kindly.
