Absolutely the worst McDonald's in the area. We filed a complaint via the customer service number because it is that bad.Our latest issue was we ordered delivery because my senior father had surgery today and couldn't be left alone. Due to being allergic to onions we always put no onions for sandwiches. We got our order and all of the burgers had onions, but they also have the sticky paper on the boxes that state "no onion" so they knew there was to be no onions. I called them and was told "nothing we can do" and then they just hung up. This is when we called the main customer service number to file a complaint against the manager. The main customer service center was much nicer. They filed the complaint, and gave us a 100% refund.

poor customer service. Ordered online so I won’t have to wait that long. Ordered when I was still at home, travelled all the way to the store just to wait for another 40minutes. Like what the heck did I order to wait that long? Ridiculous!

Bad service I ordered 5 sandwiches to go and they did not even give me bag for it and was asking to pay 11 cents for bags. Maybe they give it free if somebody is ordering 5 sandwiches. Not satisfied with the customer service.

First time in my life a Macdonalds manager charged me twice because of their fault. And it was ... for 1 dollar.Got in curbside space, ordered and put my space number in (you can't if you are at wrong location).After 20 minutes of waiting I realized that they were serving food to people who came after me.Got inside. Manager first told me someone was looking for me outside (what?). I showed her app, she says may be wrong adress. I explained that you can't pick a spot if you are at wrong adress. The only third word I heard from her is that she is going to charge me again for a dollar.So I paid. She never made eye contact, never smiled, looked really upset about my dollar. I was late to work and ended up in my manager's offce.Hope they pay her enough for doing extra mile for that dollar bill.

Terrible place, I waited half an hour to order and then they told me that there is not what I wanted, they sent me back then the elndunero had already charged me and I had to wait another 25 minutes to get my money and the service felt lacking as if they were in a bad mood all

Literally just left the drive thru because I stopped there on my way home from working my night shift at wawa. I only got hashbrowns, a sausage burrito, and a steak bagel for my boyfriend, only had 20 dollar bill on me that I had folded up in my pocket that I forgot about, went to pay and they take forever then this manager comes back to the window saying she won’t accept my bill because it looks “fake” asks if I had a card I said no I only have the 20, I don’t get paid until tonight and I just got off work I don’t even have my purse with me, says she won’t take my bill, so I said I wasn’t leaving without corporates number or my food. She then tells me she doesn’t have corporates number which is bullcrap because how can you be a manager but not have a number for corporate or for customer service for complaints. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT!!! I literally ALWAYS go to this McDonald’s cause it’s right by my house but believe me when I say I won’t go again !! I will be going back to McDonald’s later today though to find out the name of the manager and complain about her in person. Was a terrible experience.
