I came through the drive thru and ordered a caramel iced coffee and for some reason it tastes sour and is leaving a bad taste in my mouth. I also ordered fries and they were clod and have an odd taste and texture as well definitely not hot and crispy. Unfortunately did not get to eat anything I got such a waste of time and money. No customer service from beginning to end. The girl taking your order sounded rude. Then when you're getting your food they dont even say anything they just stare at you.

This Girl Katherine miss treated me, she took my order wrong, charged me wrong and got back to me with actitudes! I was polite but I was so offended by her attitude and rudeness that I told the manager to do something and the manager seen to allowed her behavior! So I asked for her name just to do this review to prevent others.
She does not know what was my day like and probably she won’t care and coming out with things like this it’s the last thing I would take.
There is an employee there name Teresa she is extremely rude and not handling customers properly. I am the only car in the drive thru and it’s taking her 30 mins to make one thing. She has been sitting on her phone the whole time and not asking me is everything okay. She did not explain to me anything. She was talking crap in Spanish not knowing I am bilingual and understood everything she said.
