The lady who prepared my order is really racist. I don't have her name, but I guess she is the youngest one in the store. I'm a black man, decent, respectful and polite. I didn't show any thing that will make her mad.The way she responded to my questions, the way she served me was completely against the McDonald's customer services principles. She throwed the food on the table when it was ready. This is the first time when I face such bad customer services from McDonald's.

The manager is literally sending people to park so that she doesn’t run down the drive thru timer…Explain to me what’s the point of me going thru the drive thru if you are going to inconvenience me by redirecting me because you are mismanaging your staff time make it make sense…And she is very rude and hostile when I told her I felt what she was doing was wrong she screams out “thats why black people cant get along” mind you this is the manger. In my mind im that is quite a racist thing to say even though I am black in addition to the fact your mad because Im holding accountable.Weird times we are living in makes me not want to eat this poison even more….
