Idk what happened the day I went but someone must've passed them off before I got there bc everyone acted pissed off. I placed an order online, came in to pick it up and was ignored by all 3 employees. I had to say excuse me a couple of times to get their attention. Bc my pick up order was not on reach for me to grab it and go like all other starbucks.

Just ordered a peppermint mocha and they tried to give me something else, they had me waiting way too long (about 30 minutes) until I decided to ask for a refund that's when the female employee with glasses tried to start making my coffee, the employee is going to wait for the customer to come ask for their coffee? Very bad customer service...

I’m really starting to believe that this place honestly has something against me and I’m not sure if it’s racial or not because every time I order a drink at this location and I literally am waiting for 30 minutes. But today I literally almost waited a whole entire hour waiting for a drink and I spent twenty of those minutes waiting to be acknowledge. No one did not even the manager until I said something and then everyone still moving on about their day not really trying to help. I had to basically keep asking where was my drink to receive results this is truly unacceptable and unbelievable I will literally never buy another Starbucks coffee.

I placed a mobile order because I was in a hurry…rookie mistake, apparently. I arrived four minutes later to a nearly empty shop - three people inside, one car in the drive-through, and one person ordering. Yet somehow, I waited 11 minutes for a latte.

Around the 9-minute mark, I walked up to the pickup counter after watching two other people grab their drinks and leave while my egg bites sat there getting cold. Meanwhile, an employee was restocking cups like she was building the pyramids, while my order sat somewhere near the bottom of the priority list. The place was also pretty untidy, not exactly confidence boosting when you’re already waiting forever. My coffee didn’t get started until I stood at the counter with the defeated energy of someone silently questioning my decision to use mobile app this morning

If ordering ahead means I age a full year in line, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Depending on who is on floor you will get good service I told the drive thru that please fill the cup up because the last time was half empty and she got offended but the drink is not cheap. Bathroom is not clean

The service sucks but then when you call the corporate office and get blown off?

I made the mistake of going to this location and ordered a dark medium size coffee and coffee cake around 7:30 pm? After paying for my purchase, I’m waiting for the purchase and the manager comes out and tears down the coffee machine? When the clerk tells her I’m waiting on a coffee she dismissively tells her that I can have an Americana? I explained that I didn’t ask for an Americana and I suggested they do a pour over? They looked at each other and then looked at me and said, that’s not gonna happen. Do you still want the coffee cake? I said I want my money back. If you want to give the coffee cake, fine, but I’m not paying for it.

The clerk then haphazardly attempts a refund, but actually charge me again. It was at this point I didn’t realize I had been overcharged? I was charged $8.06 and refunded $7.36?

I’ve made atleast 3 calls to the corporate office and never got my refund. The clerk and manager talked among each other infront of me like I was being a problem?

What’s even crazier is they talk to you like if your not a “Starbucks Member” you don’t count?

The drive-through service was extremely disappointing. I waited over 5 minutes just to have my order taken and then another 10 minutes to reach the window and pay. This is INSANE !!!! Drive-through is meant to be convenient, but this experience was the opposite. For the prices being charged, the speed and efficiency of service really need to be improved.

The medicine ball was excellent. Customer service is amazing! Very polite & professional. Peaceful atmosphere with great music. Destiny & Michael were really helpful! Destiny recommended this drink and its wonderful.

Sent back a lavender oatmilk latte ordered from the app. Very clearly hot... 1st on came iced. Sent my friend back in to get it corrected. Second one came back with so little lavender that it tasted like a plain latte. Asked for it to be remade and went to the restroom - FILTHY BTW. Came back out and the 3rd one was no better than the 2nd. This store should follow the darned recipes and make the beverage the way all the others across the country have. We're supposed to taste sweetness...amd lavender. Taking this crappy drink out, due to needing to catch a flight home. Had no more than the 30 minutes it took for the 4-6 minute estimated app order to keep pushing for a properly made seasonal beverage.

I'm one of those who likes to go shopping at Starbucks with my daughter, every morning and sometimes in the afternoon, but this happens at every Starbucks. My daughter always orders the ham and cheese croissant, and she usually likes it. The problem is that this type of bread doesn't bake well at any Starbucks. I'm often even afraid she'll eat it because she'll be exhausted at school, and I don't want to be called because she has a stomach ache. Sometimes I'm very disappointed by the service of the young staff, who constantly try to joke among themselves through the microphones they carry, and they pay no attention to the customer. It leaves a lot to be desired.
