“I had a very upsetting experience at a restaurant called Subay today. I was deeply disturbed by the staff’s mocking behavior towards me, their frowning and threatening facial expressions because I don’t speak the language. While it is my natural right to be respected as a guest, it is completely unacceptable to be belittled in this way. Understanding that everyone comes from a different culture and language level is a fundamental responsibility of those working for a corporate company. I regret to state that such behavior is unbecoming of anyone and harms a name like Subay.”

Do yourself a favor & DO NOT order from here. These are very uncaring and minimal working employees. They don’t care about us as customers & they don’t care about your food. To top it off they lock their bathrooms and than deny their customers the restroom, which is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. I believe it’s unsanitary to not wash your hands before handling food including my own so why deny a customer the restroom? Regardless both female and male employees are literally just there to clock in and clock out they have no interest whatsoever in making your order right or even showing kindness to customers until they blow up around them. (Watched him call past customers idiots than apologize and give a cookie away for this outburst, so unprofessional.) Corporate needs to get ahold of who is representing their company and show accountability for their food quality and service when doing so. AVOID THIS SUBWAY AT ALL MEANS.

I walk into this Subway on Baltimore Ave(rt 1), I was impressed because it was bright and clean. There was one person working and he three customers. Which he handle in a timely and efficient way. He acknowledged me upon me walking in the store(very important). He made my sandwich in a timely fashion. I got the Baja Chipotle Chicken sub. It was good.
I order through Uber eats and they send the order incomplete, there was barely tuna on the sandwich and when I called the person who answer gave me such an attitude and pretend he didn’t understand me.. it’s very upsetting how customer service can be rough, mean, ignorant and incompetent!!! Definitely this subway establishment it’s the worse I ever been to !!!

I bought a food long steak sub on sale for 6.99 + (1.16 tip). When i got home all was good, except they only put half the usual meat on it.
