I had a very unpleasant experience today at the Beltsville location. One of the cashiers, named Dolette, was rude and had a bad attitude when I tried to redeem a coupon at checkout. He said we needed to mention the coupon before ordering, even though the coupon states it should be applied automatically. The way he spoke was very aggressive and unprofessional.

I have given this place more than a few chances. Food taking for ever. Just tonight no beef in a 7layer burrito. Want a cantina taco? Don't expect to get the sauce that is comes with. Don't pay for extra they just keep it. Never markbthe items. So if you get more than 1 burrito, you get to play burrito roulette. Rude, slow, no sense of urgency or idk getting the order correct. There is one kid there that made sure it was done right. I did not ask his name but he was a champ. Every other time out of no less than 20 times since I have moved to the area. Just terrible. I wish the operator would sell to someone who cares about the business. I'll go to the one on baltimore from now on. If I get tacobell at all. No more. Not 1 penny more. The management should be ashamed. -from a former fast food employee.

Had my order delivered, once I received my order witch was a 9 dollar box, my chicken barely had any chicken on it not even a teaspoon, my taco was the same and barely no lettuce, as much as they charge they should be putting the portions correctly,I will be calling corporate office.

No communication what so ever with the customers it took to long to get served and staff were talking instead of concentrating on the orders wait time is ridiculously slow

Nothing wrong with the food. I ordered from the kiosk so I didn’t really get to experience the service but the workers seemed nice. Only problem was that the restaurant was kind of dirty and other customers were rude.

Last time I bought from here I didn’t get one item, today 7/22/25 I checked the bag for a complete order. Find out that it was missing one item and I asked the cashier for it and the manager insisted that the item was in the bag when it was handed to me .😞

The employees have a very bad attitude toward customers; they speak negatively about the customer in-front of us.

They didn't provide napkins or the sauces I requested to my order. I ordered a burrito without beans, and the one I got had beans in it.

They lack professionalism.

Employee refused to change order from Supreme tacos to Regular tacos. Employee lied and stated they were the same price. On the board, the difference in price was clearly listed. Will never return to this Taco Bell. Nothing but liars and thieves working here.
