So I was there today and ordered two iced caramel craze lattes..I got to the window and was handed two iced drinks that had the sprinkles on it (that is used for the pecan latte) the lady said they were training new people and put the wrong topping on and I was fine with that. I left and after drinking some of it, I realized that it was no more than caramel and milk. i witnesses a employee in distress over not being able to leave work when her mother was arriving by ambulance across the street from the store. the manager told her she had to stay, i found out her mother died a hour later at the hospital shame on you
dunkin management.
will NEVER recomend you as a employer or business again.
