The worst experience ever! The manager (Told) is rude and unprofessional and a bully. Who knew that a service manager could harass customers over a small cup of salad dressing. Several times a week I pay for a salad and spend on the average $10 - $14 at 7501 Café. I have recommended this place to other coworkers. Not anymore. Word of mouth is the truth. I never took into account that I was being charged so much for extra cups of salad dressing. The real truth of the matter about this issue and that is there is nothing displayed for the customer to know how much you are being charged for side cups of salad dressing. The manager (Told) said if you have one normally we don't charge. I said oh. okay. The first time I knew he was charging me. My bill was over what I wanted to spend I had (3) cups and he said this time I won't charge you and if you have one we usually don't charge. I said thank you and made a mental note. Well, today (manager) Told _charge me for one and I put it back. I went to another cashier because I wanted to see if he really was charging me for one cup after he said we usually don't. Mix messages. Before I could put my salad on the scale. He whispered to the cashier telling her to make sure she charges me for the salad dressing. I said oh. Just know this is not the first time (manger) Told hounded me to see if I was getting a cup(s) of salad dressing for free. Nor is it the first time he warned another cashier to be on notice if I get a salad. After witnessing this several times when I would get in line or go to another register this would happen....today was it. I told the cashier I don't want the (1) cup of salad dressing this time if I am being charged. To make it clear to the Salad dressing patrol office at 7501 Café (Told) I communicated to him as well. Before I could get to the door the Manager (Told) called out Maam, Maam, serval times to get my attention. I ignored him at first. When I turned around he was on my coat tail asking me about the salad dressing. I said to him I really to don't want to talk to you about this. Thank you and good night. He laughed. At that time I called the property office to report my experience at their cafe and the harassing behavior by the Cafe Manager (Told). This place really needs to find a better manager who understands quality customer service. Check out the reviews. Don't waste your $$$$. Don't waste your time. Trust me you will see.

This place actually has surprisingly good food. You can actually get some tasty and HEALTHY options from the grill. You just have to be specific with what you want, and be nice about it too. The salad bar is pretty impressive. It's usually fresh tasting. My biggest problem with this place is the prices of the meals.... There are also some tasty unhealthy options too. You can always count on the sweet potato fries and regular fries to be there. I know the staff is going through some changes, and there have been some days, where it was a little too evident in they way food tasted.

The pancake is cheap, huge and good. The French toast is really good also. Great price for the portion size. The hand formed burger is delicious. It's served on a brioche bun.

Normally a pretty decent breakfast and lunch spot Where you are greeted and you feel that customer service that is usually neglected with a lot of your companies Breakfast is fairly reasonable and this has been my go to for about 3yrs now The omelettes are darn tasty and for 4 bucks and some change and for a fully loaded who could complain although the pay by ounce breakfast can run a little pricy if you are not careful with food items Just like any other place It just so happens that today had to be one of those days not only did I have to wait 15 minutes for the cook to even prepare my omelette but to even acknowledge me as I waited in the posted grill line He seemed to straighten up,cook other foods, and even at one point go in and out the kitchen door at least 6 times without even retrieving any items So perhaps he didn't see me although highly unlikely It got to the point Where I literally had to clear my throat and inquire were they open for service Only to be greeted with a attitude, and to say I didn't know you needed anything Ok so I brush that off But the buck stops here when he missed items that I asked to be included in my omelette I mean it was only 4 things not a difficult Starbucks order and than had the nerve to say hey I forgot your items I can stick them on top I said sure as long as I'm not charged extra for those items He slams the omelette down and precedes to make another with a attitude when I stated i would not pay for those items Perhaps he was having a bad day I don't know than again he wasn't the normal cook on the grill but Pedro the temp may need a new site because this has really left a bad taste in my mouth and have decided to no longer spend my hard earned money with Sodexo Cafeteria Customer Service Training Is A Must !!!

They sell Dippin Dots here. Otherwise, it's largely your standard breakfast/lunch hot food place on the first floor of an office complex. Open to the public even if you don't work in the same building. Ample seating, both inside and outside.

When Sodexo took over from whatever commercial vendor slung out the food before, the prices went down. That's over, they jacked them back up again. Come here if you want dry, stale sandwiches or uninspired, greasy, hot food. Breakfast is probably the only thing they do decent, but avoid the bready huge bagels unless you want to be reminded of them the rest of the day. If you're used to eating from cans, you'll love this overpriced disaster.

A full fledge eatery located on the lobby floor of the Chevy Chase building offering a Grill, Deli, Salad Bar, Starbucks, Sushi & Soups. The healthy presence of organic & local ingredients are well appreciated for a work place eatery. Theres three registers for the busy time of Breakfast & Lunch, with tenants getting a 10% discount. A spacious patio with marble tables & comfortable chairs to enjoy your meal & people watch. Breakfast is available from 7A-10A & lunch from 11A-2:30P.

Good food- salads, sandwiches, frozen food, sushi, fruits, breakfast, desserts, grill counter etc. I usually get my daily breakfast here. The oatmeal is great with a variety of options for toppings. They also serve Starbucks coffee I like the soup and salads on most days. Salads bar has a lot of options to choose from. Good seating and sunlight in the cafe. Decently priced.

Great food, nice variety, fresh salad, nice ambiance--all completely ruined by their slowness. It once took me 25 minutes to get an omelette! WTF????

I'm not sure why there are no reviews of this place, as I know it's been open to the public since September of last year at the latest. I can only assume that being tucked in the lobby of a large office building it doesn't get a lot of foot traffic. Most of the people eating there on a given day work in the building, but they are open to everyone. The 7501 Cafe is reminiscent of a small college dining hall, but filled with bankers instead of unwashed undergrads. Offerings include salads by weight, soups, a coffee bar, basic grill items, and a surprisingly good deli sandwiches. The variety is a little lacking, so if you're in the mood to try something new you may want to head to Booeymonger across the street. If you're looking for something simple and you want it quick this place may be right up your alley, though. The daily specials seem to be hit-or-miss, with some being exceptional and others not too appetizing (I'm not a fan of the flatbread pizzas, but their calzones aren't bad). The carved turkey at the sandwich counter is always excellent, though. I can't comment on their breakfast offerings as I've only every been there for lunch. There's a large indoor eating area which can accommodate good sized groups, and a smaller outdoor area on a patio. The staff are friendly, the areas are always clean, and the food unassuming but tasty. If you're looking for a quick lunch in the area it's not a bad choice.
