Awesome pizza, highly recommend the pepperoni pizza because it has hot honey and the best pizza sauce I had. The shrimp Alfredo was ok but if you want something new try it. Waitress was very nice and kind and the atmosphere was great because you can see them cook the food. Overall I highly recommend it.

I live in VA but when I have appointments at Walter Reed, I love to stop by for a late lunch & I would definitely recommend Anthony’s. There garlic knots are so delicious. My favorite food is pizza so I know a good pie when I see and taste one. 9/10 would recommend.

My husband, myself and my son went to dinner here at 6:15 when it was not crowded. We were asked to sit outside as the pipes were leaking on the one table that was available inside.Our server was a disheveled looking man who clearly had never worked in a restaurant. He didn’t bring our place settings, water etc. took the order of salad, garlic knots, eggplant marino starter. Brought the garlic knots, but no salad. Had to remind him to bring plates, water etc. we also ordered a pizza. After we alerted another server, the salad came, only after pizza was served. The pizza was already cold as it was sitting on the counter while we’re waiting to be served. We again reminded the server that we had ordered eggplant marino. He went inside and brought the eggplant marino, which again was cold.One of the worst services ever encountered. The outside seating is so inconvenient; you have to constantly deal with the dogs of passersby that like to linger and sniff. Needless to say this would be our last visit to this place.

This restaurant is absolute dog water.Under the new leader ship of Stephanie, the tyrant, The quality of the food and the restaurant has decreased significantly. The prior management of Stephanie and Juan, everything ran smoothly, and the restaurant was absolutely Poppin?? sad to see that management had to make this change and the ultimate consequences that business is bad right now

Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant is not wheelchair accessible. The door does not open properly for wheelchair, handicap people, and it should not be recommended to people who are handicapped.

I'm not a huge fan of pizza but I wanted to take my kid brother out for a pizza party in of celebration of his good grades. Our waiter was Marcelo and just by his initial inviting demeanor, I could tell we were in for a pleasant service experience which is hard to come by nowadays. He welcomed us and asked if we had been there before and when we let him know it was our first time, he offered us a sample of the tasty Marias Meatballs. It was so good so we ordered some and then he asked what kind of pizza we liked. He made banter with my brother and predicted he would like pepperoni! As for me i like veggies and he recommended the Caprese pizza with mushrooms. I already liked Caprese and Mushroom pizza but the combination was a really good suggestion. He also praised the hot honey wings so we ordered them, I wasn't the BIGGEST fan. But it was a delightful experience nonetheless. If Marcelo was not our server idk how meal would've gone but thankfully it was him waiting on us. We weren't just served, we were sold and catered to! He's also Bartender and made me a KILLER Basil Limone cocktail to pair with the food. Ask for Marcelo!

Dont recommend. Manager told me this is the way the pizza should be cooked. Burnt??? ?Plus there was way too much sauce and pizza looked soggy. Gross ?. I order often and the consistency isnt great but this pizza was bad. I wont return. Quality of this restaurant has declined in just 6 months ive been visiting. There are better pies nearby: Andy’s and Timber Pizza are great!

My husband and I have been frequent visitors to your Bethesda location, but we’ve noticed a decline in both service and food quality during our recent visits. The warm, prompt service that distinguished your restaurant now seems inconsistent and less welcoming.Particularly, the pizza, which was once a favorite of ours, has not only decreased in quality but on several occasions, it has arrived burnt and less enjoyable. This is quite different from the delightful meals we used to enjoy.We hope this feedback is seen as an opportunity to restore the high standards that Anthony’s was known for. We look forward to returning and experiencing these improvements.

Walked in at 3:15 for a Caesar salad and was greeted by a gentleman behind the counter. He asked if I wanted to salad for here or to go and I said here and moved to the bar…after 40min of sitting at the bar, I asked the bartender to check on my salad…the gentleman came over and explained to me that there must have been miscommunication because he never had the salad made. With no remorse or apology he went on to tell me it was my fault and that there was miscommunication because I was supposed to replace my order with the bartender. If in fact that was the case, how come he never came by to check on me to clarify? I understand things slip through the crack but the fact that there was no apology and no remorse for wasting 40min of my time I will not understand. I hope he isn’t the manager and if he is, I suggest getting A new one.Update: The new female manager is truly a genuine soul. She is such a great addition to this team and I look forward to seeing her and enjoying the delicious food now!

New pizza place I tried in Bethesda is my new favorite spot! I’m embarrassed to share I started finishing the food before taking photos. I’m very picky with chicken wings and I give this a 10/10- I got the dry rub with blue cheese and the garlic knots! Service was amazing as well and answered all questions on how food was cooked and checked up on us frequently.
