Auntie Anne's

The pretzel was hard, I talk to the manager and he tells me I need to eat it right away and because I didn’t that’s not his fault, I have gotten many of pretzels from Auntie Ann’s and never had I experienced the pretzel getting so hard that you could not eat it. These pretzels cost 5.00 and I should not have to eat it right away, it was a dessert for me, I will never order from this place again. I understand that sometimes food may not be as you want it, but to tell me it’s not his fault and that I should eat it right away was a disappointment, an apology, a replacement pretzel some kind of accountability would have been the right thing to do. I didn’t ask for my money back just wanted to let them know about my experience , so disappointed but I guess this is what customer service looks like for the future!!!

Waited 20 out of the 30 minutes of my break then they say we don't have garlic pretzels woman didnt say thank you or nothing then on top of that gave me an over done pretzel

I received pretty bad service at the Auntie Anne's at Montgomery Mall in Bethesda today (6/15/24). I ordered a Large Frozen Strawberry Lemonade. They gave me a completely different item. They gave me just a regular lemonade in a large cup. Completely different product. I told the guy who made my drink that this something different and he said they "didn't have a large version of the Frozen Strawberry Lemonade" and just started helping the next customer. I reminded him that we paid for a large Frozen Strawberry Lemonade and he insisted that they didn't have a large version of that drink. We asked him why he asked us what size drink we wanted when he said, "Medium or Large?" if they don't even have the large. He just kept assisting the next guest and it caused a mini-scene. This was an absolute mess. No apology. Horrible customer service. Awful store experience. Horrific all-around. I never even received the product that I ordered and paid for.

look at this sad excuse of a pretzel! They should not have sold this to anyone. It was shriveled and was just falling apart. The clerk also had an attitude…never going there again. Bad food and bad service what is any reason to ever go there again.

I love pretzels and I love Auntie Annes but unfortunately this stand still has undercooked hotdog pretzel bites. I got an ordered with raw hotdog pretzel bites and when I asked for another one, I got a 2nd cup filled with undercooked hotdog pretzel bites. I don't recommend purchasing that particular item.

Staff constantly prioritize private conversations with each other over serving customers. I've left empty handed several times even though they see me standing there. Not the only one reporting this problem either. Try the 7/11 next to them instead

They are very good and they are very friendly.

The waitress was speaking Spanish for 15 minutes with a lady with 4 teenagers. I along with 5 other parents waiting in line with babies crying in the stroller. I understand it took longer for others to decide what to buy, but it’s plain rude just ignoring of the long line and continue chatting with the customers. I can’t go back to this location again.
