Ordered a cake online and when I went to pick it up there were noticeable indents in the cake and the birthday name was so poorly written you couldn't tell what the name was. When I pointed this out to the associate he first tried to gaslight me and tell me nothing was wrong. When I insisted he finally looked at it, shrugged, and said the cake was made at another store and dropped off like this. I reached out through corporate to try to talk to anyone from the store and was met with silence. Absolutely do not recommend buying cakes here.

Tried to get some ice cream, but after 10 mins waiting with only one person being served before me, I gave up! Too bad there is such bad customer service. The people before me wanted a mango smoothie, and the kid tried to give them strawberry instead. Then when the customer said she really wanted mango, he said, “ok, then I have to go in back!” He came back with a box full of mango. Of course there were other workers around, but apparently only one serves ice cream? Imagine if the place is crowded.

The workers closed place at 9:45pm. The sign says 10:00pm. The worker when I knocked ran away so I could not take a picture of them. Owner of franchise, if you care to address this customer service issue and make it right, leave your name and number in reply. I am running into more workers trying to cheat their employers by closing 10-30 minutes early.

I placed an order on Uber eats, I was called and informed BR didnt have any of the flavors selected. They were asking Uber driver to cancel the order because they didnt want to take responsibility. After numerous attempts I was sent Chocolate and Strawberry. The only 2 flavors available. Terrible customer service. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

Worst service ever! After getting ice cream there, they wouldn’t give us a cup of water. They wanted to charge us $1 for the water. This was on Nov. 13 at around 9pm. We will never be back to this location.

This review is to the owner, this is my second and last time at this location and I have been treated poorly both times by “Carlos “ First time I ordered parlains and cream he scraped the sides of bucket with no carmel and no pecans and he gave me hard time replacing it for me saying there is nothing wrong with it but eventually I forced him to replace the scoop. he did but held a grudge. Today when he first so me he remembered me so he thought to himself I’ll get my revenge. I asked do you have Jamoca, he replied no, I looked for it and I found it, he told me no this is Jamoca with almonds second I wanted rainbow shorbet he scoped something else and put it in the cup I asked why he said it taste the same. He is arrogant and unprofessional I think he needs a word from you to do a better job!
