I don’t usually leave reviews, but this is the second time this has happened and it’s really frustrating.
I placed an order and specifically requested no Nutella. The last time I ordered, I also asked for no Nutella and it was still added, so this time I went out of my way to call the restaurant directly to confirm. The person I spoke with assured me it would be handled.
Despite that, my order still arrived completely covered in Nutella.
At that point, it’s not just a simple mistake — it feels like customer requests are being ignored, even after taking extra steps to make sure the order is correct. I just want my order made the way I asked for it.
Hoping this is something that can be improved going forward.

The bowls were great!!! The service, not so much. It was my first time getting an açaí bowl here and I didn’t realize you were supposed to order a topping combo instead of individual toppings. The woman at the cash register had no patience with me and was honestly pretty rude. She wasn’t even trying to be clear with her instructions on how to order a bowl and when I tried to ask a question she just said “nevermind”. The man making the bowls was very nice, however.
Fantastic smoothie! I ordered the Crazy Monkey and it was delicious. I have several food allergies and the person who helped me was very gracious and made sure my drink would be safe for me. The atmosphere was nice and bright and the facility was incredibly clean.

Great staff and good smoothies. You can't really go wrong with a smoothie and at berries and bowls there are a decent amount of combinations to try. There are also acai bowls that are available with plenty of options. There isn't too much seating but it's in a great area to be able to grab a smoothie and take a walk.
