The bowls were great!!! The service, not so much. It was my first time getting an açaí bowl here and I didn’t realize you were supposed to order a topping combo instead of individual toppings. The woman at the cash register had no patience with me and was honestly pretty rude. She wasn’t even trying to be clear with her instructions on how to order a bowl and when I tried to ask a question she just said “nevermind”. The man making the bowls was very nice, however.

Fantastic smoothie! I ordered the Crazy Monkey and it was delicious. I have several food allergies and the person who helped me was very gracious and made sure my drink would be safe for me. The atmosphere was nice and bright and the facility was incredibly clean.

Great staff and good smoothies. You can't really go wrong with a smoothie and at berries and bowls there are a decent amount of combinations to try. There are also acai bowls that are available with plenty of options. There isn't too much seating but it's in a great area to be able to grab a smoothie and take a walk.

My friends is aways speaking about this place, so much so, that I thought, why not pop in for a drink since I had some extra time. Absolutely our worst decision. First, there were 3 persons behind the counter all with their backs turned to us. At no time did the did any 2 of the clerks turn around to acknowledge us untill I said “what is the cost of the tee shirt” 1 clerk said $15.00, now you would thinthe other 2 would then acknowledge my other friends standing there. Not a peep. Still I carried on. I was just about to pay for the tee when another clerk said “ the actual cost was $25.00.” When I asked why was the price different than what was posted on the wall. All she could say we that's the price. Needless to say, this entire experience left me bewildered. Its not that I could not pay $25.00 for the tee, it was the principle of the issue, why post a sign that states $15.00 then shake me down for $10.00 additionally. Then to make matters worst backs still turned to my friends not a hello, not a goodbye, not even a how can I help you. This place, let's j ust say if their customer service does not Improve, neither myself nor my friends will pop in here again. It really does not matter how good the food is if the service sucks.
