Never received a response about an incident while I was waiting for my food. I witnessed an employee with his bare hands pick up all ready cooked fries and chicken tenders, placed those items on a tray and serve them to a customer. He also touched my fries with his bare hands and gave me fries from the same bowl where the first serving of fries came from. I also witnessed him put together a burgerbare handed. Another employee who was there wore gloves for everything that he did.

One of the few places where if you ask for a rare burger you get one. The burgers we had were great. The topping selection was really good. I ordered cheese, jalapeños, caramelized onions and a fried egg. It came out perfectly. By the way our family enjoys french fries, and I found the french fries here to be really crispy and tasty.

They make a fabulous and juicy, beefy tasting burger. Toppings are fresh and it is made to temp. It is not a "smash burger" style but thick and flavorful. Fries are really good too. Please keep this in mind when you really want a great burger.

The burger had a delicious char-broiled flavor, crispy bacon, lightly salted pretzel bun. Onion rings were thinly battered with a lovely crispy texture. Quite good all around.

One of the few places that actually will prepare a burger RARE ! All of the different combinations are so yummy or you have the ability to create your own masterpiece… And the sides from the thick cut steak french fries to the sweet potato fries or even onion rings it doesn’t matter what you pair it with, it’s going to be a good choice

Hands down best burger we have ever had.If you want a smash burger you got it. The burger ? gently folds onto itself to become this incredible journey of the senses. The meat is just so damn good, and the combinations are endless.

I walked in optimistic. The menu on the board was easy enough to read. I asked the gentleman behind the counter for the wagyu truffle burger. Then the gentleman directed my attention to the menu board and asked what toppings I would like. I honestly didn't know because I had no idea what the wagyu truffle burger would taste like. I asked the gentleman what pairs well with the truffle burger. The gentleman was visibly upset and replied, "I don't know, man. Just pick something from the board", then directed my attention back to board. I saw irritation on his face, so I left. Sorry, I can't tell you how the food tastes. I'm sure it's good, but the service was dreadful.

BGR is one of the best burger joints that I’ve ever eaten at. The Turkey burger is seasoned to perfection and is THE BEST Turkey burger that I’ve had in a long time. I’m a frequent customer now and will continue.

It was ok, nothing out of the ordinary but the cheesburger was good and I took normal fries. The Mojo sauce could barely be tasted if they advertise it maybe ask for a good amount on it. $15 something without drinks! But I guess you can't blame the Restaurant rather the people running this country for that.

Don’t get the milkshakes! They’re totally watery and tasteless! The burger and fries were pretty solid though.

Really disappointed.Burgers were fine. Western and wagyu ($12+ with cheese) were decent. Pretzel bacon was too salty. The extras were atrocious. The chocolate shake ($6) was icy. Not creamy at all. Reminded me of those shakes you can buy from 7-Eleven. There's ice cream behind the counter so we expected better. Probably low quality ingredients. The worst was the garlic parmesan fries ($4.5). I just can't wrap my head around these. It was like being served raw minced garlic on mediocre cafeteria fries. How weird.Staff was very nice. Restaurant was clean. Unfortunately, we won't be back.
