Sandwich choices were excellent for deli selection. The “day of the week” choices are alway really good and they have a chip selection that is over the top!! The staff were really cool and helpful in all aspects of service.
Excelllent spot for lunch.

We have been there too many times (they are directly across the street), to the point we say hello and they point at us "usual" and we nod. This place is awesome, super friendly staff all around (like everyone who works there), great food and tons of great beverages and food. Truly Bethesda wouldn't be the same without them. They have always been great folks to us and we truly appreciate them.

not the place for pastries. 7-11 got better e-claires. paid $5.00 for an old e-claire that that hard, tasted like it fried in rancid canola oil, had to throw it in the trash.

They should rename this place the Delicious Deli And Then Some. The sandwiches are fresh and scrumptious from beginning to end and I always leave time for a happy browse around the booze and gifts.

I think I just found my favorite sandwich shop! Ordered a Bret’s turkey reuben with smoked turkey and kraut, perfect ratio of everything, and great portion size, most of all: wonderful taste with very reasonable price. Definitely going back to try the other sandwiches (a great variety to select from btw!).

Parking: Plenty of free parking spots right in front of the store, super friendly/convenient for drivers

The deli counter is a little brash, but they can whip up a bomb sammy so it's cool. Cashiers are fun. Drink selection is vast. Good spot.

One of the last places in the US where you can get a decent sandwich for $10. Is the food mind-blowing? No. But they are generous, the ingredients are fresh, and the selection is good. The chicken salad is boring, but very tasty. Avoid the pasta salad. Completely unseasoned. The potato salad I think has a tiny bit of egg in it, and it's on the sweet side.Be aware that the deli closes several hours before the grocery.

This is one of the best places to get a sandwich in the area. They also have a fantastic collection of interesting drinks (non-alcoholic, beer, and wine). Every sandwich they make is great. Highly recommend the BLT, they make a mean one.

Vegetarian options: There are a few options on the menu, but they can also make you whatever you want. They have hummus and many types of cheese and veggies.

GF and I struck up conversation with another customer on our way to check out. Cashier came over and interrupted us and when he was ringing me up at the register rudely told me that we can’t just come in to “loiter.”

Sandwiches were skimpy, soggy and not very tasty. What a difference from our usual orders in the past.

Hole in the wall deli and grocery store. A real find. Authentic sandwiches. Wide selection of craft brews. Would recommend for a quick bite at reasonable prices.
