Literally one of my favorite bars in Bethesda. The bartenders are all very attentive and super kind. And the food??? Divine. A very talented chef is back there making everything to pure perfection. It's my favorite place to bring my out of town friends and highly recommend

Unfortunately they are severely understaffed. No one took my order, I literally had to walk to the kitchen to order food. The servers literally never came to my table and were too busy socializing with each other. The was pretty bad also. The wings were cold, and the burger was just soggy and warm. The entire staff was rude when you tried to talk to them, the only bright spot in the customer service was the friend bartender. Everyone else was just as awful as their food.

My first and last time. I arrived at the restaurant and sat at the bar. The bar was slow , only around 6-8 people sitting there. For a Wednesday night around 7:30, not very busy. I sat and waited. Never did anyone offer me a menu, a drink, or even achnowledge my presence. Over ten minutes , I used my phone to look at menu. Read menu several times. Still, no one came over to see if I was thirsty, or anything. Bartender stood just a couple of places from me, I looked right at him and nope, he turned and walked away multiple times. I decided I had enough of being ignored. I walked down the street and was greeted warmly at a nice restaurant. This place may be nice, but, I'll never know. Service doesn't exist.

Wings were terrible. Garlic parm wings were extremely dry and regular Buffalo were so soggy the breading was coming off and pooling at the bottom of the plate.

Brickside is great and has a killer happy hour! Their nachos and curly fries were both really tasty. I don't typically like flatbread pizza, but theirs was wonderful. Good prices on drinks as well with good options. Once I went there any wasn't feeling like drinking and just needed a caffeine kick and I (as a typical annoying patron would do) ordered iced tea when they were out. The server immediately was like "oh no it seriously is no problem, I'll brew it fresh, but it'll take 10 mins" and genuinely seemed totally happy to do so. Really cool that he didn't just say "oh sorry we're out." Great spot, good vibes, easy location, good prices.

Our new favorite happy hour spot! The food is good and the atmosphere is even better. Nice to have a late night spot for young people in Bethesda, even during the week. Johnny at the bar is awesome! We will be regulars!

Brunch service is all kinds of bad. Never got water refills. My mimosa took 35 minutes. The server brought a round for the table that had ordered easily 20-25 minutes after I had, and when I asked for mine she said it’s coming… ? I did not have bottomless but a few at my table did, and they did not deliver. They only had one server, and the lack of volume for brunch says a lot about quality of food and service…

The food is awful. I had a cheeseburger. I requested it rare and it was overly well done. It was hard to get more than the tablespoon of ketchup they provided in a little plastic dish. The fries were cold. The server knew nothing about the beers and when I ordered an IPA she brought me the wrong beer. She subsequently insisted it was the right one, but did in fact change it for me. Another server insulted me. I was with people and let it go over my head, nonetheless the guy was very rude to a point where on a $33 check I left $3. The service is slow and not professional. I can keep going but you get the picture. Otherwise, the service was just awful. Bethesda is filled with nice restaurants worth trying. Going here is a mistake. Stay away!!!!

Almost a year ago I ordered brunch delivery from either Grubhub or Doordash and received a rude call after the driver arrived at the restaurant, from the owner telling me they don't deliver from Grubhub or Doordash or any other service. I told him they are listed there and he got angrier. Today, I saw they are still listed in Grubhub, Doordash and Ubereats. Since Grubhub had the cheapest delivery charge, I ordered from there thinking they must be delivering again since it has been a year and surely by now they would have removed their listing if they don't want it there. Well, yet again the owner called me telling me they don't deliver from Grubhub and I again told him it has been a year plus their listing is in other delivery services. Again he was amazingly rude and told me not to order form them again. Well, he will get his wish because I also won't eat at the restaurant either.

only giving 2 because the crab dip was good. service was absolutely terrible. we waited over 90 mins for our appetizer (in wasn’t even busy). the crab dip appetizer was great but sadly not enough to return. the fired pickles were not good. the breading that was barely there was not even attached to the pickle. it was pickle with a side a fried batter. my poor pregnant friend couldn’t even get a mocktail. she also ordered a chicken cheesesteak. they brought out a steak & cheese & gaslighted her telling it was chicken. the nachos were dry & the flatbread tasted like paper. not worth the hassle.

Our server was very knowledgeable about the beer selection and recommended some good drinks for us to try. The crushes are fantastic and all the food we tried was good as well - including the mushroom flatbread and chicken sandwich. Service was quick, friendly and attentive the whole way through.

The most amazing service and great food. Amazing place to have a private party. The manager Rob goes above and beyond. The bartenders and servers are the nicest and happiest around. The food manager did everything we asked for the party and everyone loved the food. Everyone who came to my party said this was such a great party and the service was BEYOND A+++. 100% recommend.

Nothing personal. But you all don't provide non pork breakfast meat as an option. May that be a suggestion to add to your menu for the many NON pork eaters In this world. Turkey breakfast meat or chicken "breakfast meat" ie.bacon,sausage....to many times we are offered things like steak, smoked salmon or chicken tenders (out of all things) and all I want is a peice of NON PORK breakfast meat. Thanks in advance. Unfortunately this is why I won't be doing brunch here.

After hitting a happy hour at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and Morton's Steakhouse, we ended up at Brickside Food & Drink, a gastropub that bar bites, flatbreads, burgers, sandwiches, fries, wings, tenders, desserts, and delicious drinks. We sat a table by the bar area where we listened to live music. However, I feel like the placement of the musician (Matt Mullally) should have been in a more visible place, not hidden behind a brick pole. Charlie took care of us. My friends and I enjoyed a Long Island Tea, Cranapple Mule, and Orange Crush and an order of Curly Fries with Ketchup.
