Quality of food and service has definitely gone downhill since COVID. We avoid at all costs.

I really appreciated the extremely low prices on the food. It made a difficult stay easier for my family. There was lots of seating and big open windows. It’s hospital food, so it is what it is, but is almost free so the value is unmatched. I didn’t experience any rude service, but if that it happening it is completely unacceptable.

Some workers think they can talk to customer like they are their bosses. Customer are customers and respect is expected is a two way street. Next time a food server makes a comment he is going to be embarrassed and reported to the OIC.This is a cafeteria not an Army unit, customers, co-workers, and patients are expecting a respectful service.I’m a PTSD patient and was treated like trash just because I couldn’t carry all my food items, I had to remove the plastic container from the bread and put it in the main tray.I also saw this employee asking a patients to order in a hasty fashion because he was serving, this employee lacks the sensitivity needed for patients and it’s a reflection of his leaders, and his command

I saw a mouse ? casually walking and sniffing for food in the seating area and none of the staff seemed bothered.The food is great and its very convenient but unfortunately i don't think I will be eating at this facility again.

Saw two mice and reported them and the staff just looked at them then said that they should get cats to catch them but the higher ups won’t let them. Then they let them be. I wonder if the morgue next door has them too.

Great food at a very convenient location inside the WRNMMC. Love breakfast here!
Solid hospital DFAC. The food is usually good, and I find what I'm looking for. They have good specials as well and the salad ingredients are fresh. Breakfast is always an outstanding price, and their grilled chicken is on-point.
