It had been quite a while since my last visit to CPK, but I used to be a regular at this location. We were seated immediately, and they weren't very busy, but we sat at our table for what felt like a solid 10 minutes before our server, who had walked by several times, finally greeted us. Once we were greeted our drinks and food came very quickly, but that initial time waiting didn't sit well. We started with the guacamole, which was surprisingly good for a pizza place. We ordered a Pepperoni, Sausage, and Mushroom pizza on the original crust, which was very good, and their new Chimi Churi Steak Salad, which was unfortunately very disappointing. The crispy potatoes were cold, and the steak was like chewing a rubber band. We told our server we didn't care for the salad, and she had it taken off the bill.

The only complaint was I ordered chicken breast over tomato/Basil spaghetti. The chicken was under cooked and bloody. They refire a new chicken breast. This time it was good Overall it was a good meal. I believe I should not have been charged for the chicken. Wait additional 10 minutes to receive the chicken and another 10 minutes to get more sauce. The waiter needs to adjust his focus on the customers. The manager should have taken care of bill quicker. They were not that busy. Overall I would recommend this place to eat if not in a hurry.Vegetarian options: Not many choices!

Family went there the Saturday before MLK day. We haven't been to a CPK in over a decade and this was where my wife and I would go when we were dating. Things have changed a lot in that time. This location had a smell reminiscent of cleaning solutions but was busy so we thought it might still be good. Service was just ok, but food was bland and just not the quantity I used to expect from the franchise. Next morning, wife wakes up with symptoms of food poisoning. My 3 year old stayed up all night last night vomiting the same color as my wife and smelling of old pizza. This morning I'm feeling it. Strong recommendation against this location.

Service was poor. Our salad came out 20 min after our pizza. Waiter said it was because the printer was broken. I guess walking to the kitchen and saying, make a salad is too hard for the post-millenial know-nothing generation.
I ordered a Mac and cheese for my daughter and while sitting there I saw a huge roach. It turned me off completely. I told one of the server and she was not bothered at all. Then a kitchen person walked my and just stepped on it and walked off like nothing happened.

We will NEVER visit this location again!! The service is pathetic. The waitress lied to us multiple times as every table around us got served their food even though they arrived 20 minutes after us. I finally had to find the manager who said the food had been set up as to-go order. At least he gave it to us to take home and did not charge us for the appetizer or ice teas. The Rio location has been fine, but stay away from this one.
