me and my friend went here a week ago we BOTH threw up off the sandwich this place is nasty and definitely violatioing sum type of health codes DON'T EAT HERE UNLESS YOU PAIN YOUR STOMACH

The worker who makes the sandwich speaks in front of the sandwich, which makes the saliva fly on the food. The employees are treated very badly. I think they are from South America.

We ordered on the touchscreen to make it easier. I wanted to like this place for when I'm craving a cheesesteak, but was a bit disappointed. The food was ok- had the bacon cheesesteak combo (fries and a drink). I asked the lady behind the counter if refills were free, she said yes. They skimp on the meat and cheese, but load up on the veggies. When I asked for a refill, the manager stepped in and said only one refill is allowed. He wasn't very friendly about it either. He must be the same manager other reviewers mentioned had an attitude. Overall, it wasn't a good experience, so won't be coming back the next time we're at the Montgomery Mall food court.

This is my first experience coming to this Charlie’s and its customer service has changed drastically. My encounter from the cashier to picking up my food was just simply uncomfortable.They barely spoke English also didn’t give me the option to put additional adding onto my sandwich, when I noticed that I asked have it on by side and she made me feel like I was bothering her. Secondly I made a request to have old bay on my fries didn’t get that, just completely confused how am I paying for food but not getting what I paid for ? Also there also seems like a tone of language discrimination. Hire a more diverse group

Had Charley for lunch about 2 days ago, and was satisfied with the customer service between different clients and the rush hour they were going through. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak, with fries and a coke and a small Chicken buffalo sandwich. I absolutely recommend the Philly it’s a classic can’t go wrong, the fries are crunchy, not soggy or floppy and is decent size 10/10. The chicken buffalo felt like it needed more flavor from the chicken, most was from the sauce it was still delicious and still ate it, 7.8/10. Overall even busy I was given good service and got my food in a nice manner and it was tasty. 🙌

Oh, I like their wings. 10 pc Classic Buffalo Wings for $14.99. This is the only time I tried Charley's Cheesesteaks. Therefore, this review is only about the wings.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit. The cashier, Blanca, was particularly rude and unprofessional. She displayed a lack of patience when I attempted to place my order. After waiting for the customer ahead of me to finish, Blanca did not signal that it was my turn by saying "next." Instead, she appeared to be looking down, possibly at her phone, and seemed annoyed when I did not immediately approach the counter.

Additionally, Blanca exhibited unhygienic behavior. She was seen adjusting her hair and then handling cups, lids, and straws without washing her hands. Furthermore, I noticed that some employees were heating what appeared to be tortillas in the same oven used to toast bread, without wearing gloves. This is highly unsanitary.

My overall experience was extremely disappointing, and I will not be returning to your establishment.

I placed an order for delivery to my workplace directly through the Charleys website. An hour later, a bag is left at the front desk of my workplace, and I go out there to find that it is a bag from the Cheesecake Factory. The driver was gone and driven away by that point and mind you, if you order directly through Charley's there is NO information for the person dropping off your food.

I immediately called the direct phone number for Charley's seven times, and nobody answered the phone. I had to then take the time out of my workday to leave my job and drive to the store location.

Upon coming to the store location, I ask for a manager to speak to, and nobody there understands what I am saying. I had to begin speaking in Spanish in order to get someone to understand what I needed.

The "manager" who said his name is Paulo asks me what I need, and so I begin explaining to him the situation. I ordered food from Charley's website for delivery, I received the wrong order, I would like a refund. I even have the wrong order with me to show them. Simple request, right? Apparently, it was not.

The "manager" proceeded to explain that this is not their fault, it is not their responsibility because the driver gave me the wrong order. Charley's establishment, this is highly unacceptable for a manager to tell the consumer. This is your fault because you chose to partner with and thus endorse the company that the driver works for. This is your problem to rectify.

He proceeded to tell me that they will not refund me and that I need to somehow contact a driver that I have no knowledge of, no contact information for, etc. He told me to contact Doordash for an order that I never even placed from Doordash, how does this even make sense!

He pulled out his phone and called his supervisor, a woman, who then proceeded to tell him also not to refund me according to his words.

This man had me standing there for 20 minutes going back and forth in a mall because he wanted me to leave without my food and with $25 stolen from me! I'm absolutely livid that your manager has the audacity to tell me that not only on top of having to leave work to drive there, not receiving anything that I paid money for, that I will also NOT be given my money back. I need an owner or corporate to contact me immediately.

This has completely ruined your store's reputation with me, and I won't even breath in the direction of a Charley's ever again.

The employees at charleys in mongomery mall are very disgusting, especially a short indigenous man with ponytail hair was using his phone while preparing the sandwich and only because I told him to please change his gloves because he was using his phone with the same gloves he was cookingHe came out very angryAnd he didn't even want to give me ketchup for my chips, they're disgusting.At mongomery mall charleys

Good afternoon myself and a colleague ordered and got our lunch delivered. This was on 4/10/24 at 12:59 receipt employee name is/was Jose. I did not receive my lemonade. The lemonade was the highlight of my meal. I called over 20 times not reaching anyone or even able to leave a voice message. This was my first experience ordering from Charley’s. My issue is not just forgetting to send my lemonade it’s the not being able yo speak with anyone.

Pro: Fries are better than I remember. Con: I feel like they gave smaller meat portions than I remember. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was that of a typical food court, and the food was alright. Not bad, but not amazing.

Parking: This location is in a food court. There is ample parking for the mall, but it is not directly connected to the restaurant itself.

Kid-friendliness: It’s a mall, which is most definitely a kid-friendly environment.

My husband says they make the best philly steak so on tuesday 18th April 2023 we went there, got me a full philly steak, i would have loved to give a 5 star because it was really very filling but ive been purging and sick going on 3 days now. Maybe there was something wrong with the very one i ate? I dont know if anyone else got sick from eating this on this exact date but that is my experience.
