Good afternoon myself and a colleague ordered and got our lunch delivered. This was on 4/10/24 at 12:59 receipt employee name is/was Jose. I did not receive my lemonade. The lemonade was the highlight of my meal. I called over 20 times not reaching anyone or even able to leave a voice message. This was my first experience ordering from Charley’s. My issue is not just forgetting to send my lemonade it’s the not being able yo speak with anyone.

I ordered a regular buffalo chicken with cheese fries and a side of ranch. I understand that this is fast food, but I was pretty impressed. It was very tasty. There was a whole bunch of sauce on the sub, and the cheese fries had ooey gooey runny cheese on them, which I loved. The cheese fries tasted good by themselves, but dipping the fries in the ranch kicked it up a level. This is probably not somewhere I'd eat often, as I tend to go for healthier fare(and cheesesteaks aren't the most healthy), but yeah, this was good. I am reasonably confident I'll eat here again in the future.

Pro: Fries are better than I remember. Con: I feel like they gave smaller meat portions than I remember. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was that of a typical food court, and the food was alright. Not bad, but not amazing.Parking: This location is in a food court. There is ample parking for the mall, but it is not directly connected to the restaurant itself.Kid-friendliness: It’s a mall, which is most definitely a kid-friendly environment.

The short guy is the absolute worst. i’ve gone here about 4x and each time he’s extremely rude. Today, i caught him saying rude things in spanish about non-spanish speaking customers, including myself. I also paid for the extra side of ranch and I kid you not I got about 3 dips before it was empty.If you’re going to work in the service industry, work on your dang customer service skills.

Would not recommend this place because they do not honor coupons from the app. I activated my coupon right in front of the cashier and they system wouldn't work.... and they still didn't honor the discount with a manual change considering the coupon was activated and would expire within the alloted time period. Ended up just leaving because they couldn't process the transaction and I refused to pay full price when I had an active coupon.Don't recommend this store at the Montgomery Mall.

My husband says they make the best philly steak so on tuesday 18th April 2023 we went there, got me a full philly steak, i would have loved to give a 5 star because it was really very filling but ive been purging and sick going on 3 days now. Maybe there was something wrong with the very one i ate? I dont know if anyone else got sick from eating this on this exact date but that is my experience.

Terrible customer service, my whole order was wrong, from the sandwich to the drink, I said buffalo chicken sandwich, somehow ended up with old skool, from Orange Fanta to Hi-C juice, the "cheese" fries came with no cheese, and The order number was right, it wasn't another customers order. Won't be coming back to this location. Don't bother going.??
They were really rude to me…. The cook AND the cashier. Not to mention, I said no lettuce and no tomato and it was on my sandwich anyway. Won’t come back.

Excellent service, even with long lines. Food was delicious. They provided plenty of napkins & ketchup; a rarity in these high inflation days. 100% satisfied. Highly recommend!

so,I dont like this food myself but my son likes it. We go to montgomery mall in maryland from time to time. the staff there are hispanic and dont speak a word in English. when you say something they try to pretend they understand and say something under the mask which is i guarantee is not English. When i politely ask them to repeat, they do the same and you cant understand them.so frustrating. Specially in an affluent location. every time i go there, they mess up the food, their manager short guy, is the worse. he thinks he is God there. one time i asked for catchup and he continued to just ignore me. i guess that was too many catchups for one sandwitch. it seems also phily knowingly has hired people that dont have work permit and not only that the type that is rude and unprofessional and probably dangerous like their manger the short fellow which seems to be on the aggressive side. The company knows about Montgomery mall location issues but i guess cant hire good workers. beside the food is always getting messed up and one simple request for cachtup or soda is responded by total rudness. who wants to eat in a place like this.

Charley’s is in the Westlake mall. Service here was fast. Long lines which tells me food here is good. I got a regular cheesesteak with banana peppers. Definitely a good sub spot.
