I come to Chip city every day, And every time I get amazing service Especially From Nadiyah. She knows my order to the T and gets it in and out fast! And she’s very friendly and makes amazing conversation. I also see her in here working very hard always cleaning the tables, sweeping the floors and always trying to recommend new cookies and drinks.

Best cookies on earth! Whenever I come north, I search for a Chip City location ☺️ Customer service is always excellent, in person AND on the phone. Now, if only they would open a store in Gwinnett County, Ga....

Laura was so enthusiastic in showing me all of the new cookie flavors that I ended up buying a dozen!! She was so friendly and help and really set a great tone for the experience. Explained and signed me up for points can’t wait to come back!
