Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is the worst Chipotle establishment I have EVER dined at. One empolyee completely RUINED my burrito bowl. Not only were they GREEDILY frugal, they were agressive in their tone. Not to mention, when I asked for guacamole, I was given a WHOLE AVOCADO. NOT MASHED. The bowl was so repulsive I didn't even want to eat it anymore.

The business really needs to evaluate their customer service training. It’s unfortunate to enter an establishment and receive staff that seem to have total disregard on conducting themselves professionally. Customers approach the counter, there should be a connection made right away by greeting that customer. You don’t have side conversations with coworkers while a customer is placing an order. You don’t walk away without excusing yourself and then don’t return. I don’t know who the manager is for the location on Old Georgetown Rd but I look forward to a conversation with them to discuss.

Best Chipotle I have ever ate from. Great music, customer service was on point, food was fresh fresh. Every bite was amazing and would com here again.

Just picked up my order and there was a fruit fly in my daughters food!! Called customer service asked to speak to a manager would not transfer me. Asked me to send pictures as if he didn’t believe me and offered to refund the bowl on my order not the whole order, and offered two free entrees. Will be calling food safety tomorrow absolutely disgusting 🤮

I love Chipotle, but they charged extra chicken when I did not get extra chicken. This is +$3.50 of fraud.

The team is always great. They give good portions and the place is solid all around. Sometimes highschoolers invade but they're harmless. Good place, highly recommend!

They are not very nice people.
Very flippant demeanor and poor custmer service.
Order bowl (there were only 8 to 9 pieces of chicken if that)
They failed to properly seal the bowl. (I'm visiting area) by the time I got back to daughters home and go inside the bottom of bag was completly soaked and entire fell out to ground. (Im still hungry) Not happy with this Chipotle. Not Happy Not Not Not!
In fairness manager did offer to replace order. I was not able to return today. Phooey

I was dealing with a guy named Yeni alfaro Marquez He was so unprofessional and rude I came at 10:30pm ,and he started talking in spanish to his coworkers cause he thought I do not understand spanish.He started talking about why i came so late,and when he was asked to give a water cup he said he won't do so and that i should have came earlier in order to get a water cup.
So it was too late for the water cup. But i guess its not too late to learn your employees how to behave and deal with the customers.
Being racist and unprofessional as this guy it's unacceptable.
Will never come to this chipotle due to this racist and unprofessional guy who was presenting himself as a manager.
So maybe that wasn't even his name but thats what he said.

Ordered on Uber eats. I was sent someone else’s order. I’m not getting full refund for it from Uber. I had to order again. They did get it right the second time (no compensation from them).

$11 for this size of a bowl? Seriously? This is smaller than a kids meal

This Chipotle is pretty unsanitary. A server took the veggies off of someone's chicken bowl and put it back in the veggie container. I couldn't help but think of the plant-based eaters who may eat veggies that have chicken pieces in it now. My partner also asked for half chicken and half barbacoa and the server put the chicken in the bowl and thought she put too much for the half serving so she scooped most of the chicken out of the bowl and threw it in the trash before adding the barbacoa. The lady behind us even though it was insane of the server to do that and said "c'mon man just give him the chicken." Super weird. This Chipotle is unsanitary and so skimpy on the portions that they would rather throw away food then serve you a bigger portion.

this is the third or fourth time i’ve found hair in my tacos so so upset….ordered again today and a long hair was found in both my tacos absolutely disgusted and disappointed to say the least. workers should have hair tied back and hair nets on at all times when near food is this not the regulation here ???
