Chipotle Mexican Grill

This location consistently makes the worst Chipotle bowls, they underserve portions every time and have sloppily made bowls. When order online they often forget side items like chips. It’s very frustrating. Luckily there are other chipotle locations in the area that are much better. Avoid ordering from this location if you can

the short mexican lady is greedy ash every time you ask for extra she will give you 1/5 of the spoon and the vinaigrette cups are bearly even filled, their so greedy dont come here

They put no chicken on a chicken taco

Didn’t have water cups, had to go get a water from my car to avoid paying 3 dollars for a drink

Horrible experience! I ordered thru uber eats a burrito bowl and chips and guac as extra order. Order came with no guac and no utensils. How am I going to eat this? I am in a hotel, checked in late and hungy!

They don’t lock their doors early like half the other restaurant in the area which was super helpful during a late night hospital food run!

Don’t waste your time. I’ve eaten here about a dozen times, and this will be my last. I can only recall truly enjoying my meal once from this location. I always order the same thing: a brisket or chicken bowl. My bowl is consistently made sloppily—either something is too salty, or I’m served crumbs of meat. I could go on. I’ve even tried changing up what I put in my bowl to offset the salt, but it’s still too salty.

The taste and flavor I expect from Chipotle just aren’t there at this location (Bethesda). Don’t take my word for it—try it yourself and let me know what you think. As for me, I’ve spent my last dollar here. They get tons of foot traffic because of their location—conveniently by the metro and open until 11 PM for late-night diners—but it’s not worth it. Save yourself the disappointment and don’t waste your money here.

We order from this place often in the last few years. The portions our coworkers orderare very small. A bowl for 14 bucks isn't even 2/3 full. We all stopped ordering from here for sometime and decided to give it a try. $13 for a bowl that's light and not even full. Whatever happened with the portions is ridiculous. You are better off ordering from a real restaraurant for the prices they charge.

Looking at other reviews I see the similar reviews with pictures about portions. I gave this place another chance and I will never order from here again. We will let our neighbors in our building.

ABSOLUTELY ZERO STARS!!! I made a order online and the person that made the food decided to make whatever they wanted to make instead of what I requested on the order. The bowl was very lightweight/barely full. I ordered a VERY basic chicken bowl with lettuce, pico, cheese. INSTEAD I RECEIVED A CHICKEN BOWL WITH JUST CHICKEN & CORN!!! I did not realize they made my order incorrect until I went home from my hour and a half drive. I am more than frustrated very furious that I had to experience this at this busy, chaotic, unorganized, freestyle, Chipotle! I will never order from this location ever again, unless I am physically in person EVERY SINGLE TIME, which defeats the exact purpose for the online order capability. I’m being nice by leaving a review and NOT DRIVING ALL THE WAY BACK UP THERE to CURSE THE ENTIRE STAFF OUT. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND I WILL BE REPORTING THIS LOCATION TO THEIR HR ABOUT THIS ISSUE.

Rice was dry as was a bit older looking in the pan. Portion size was decent.
80% of the tables were empty, but extremely dirty for the entirety of my meal; Possibly need more help.
Floor help blocked off the bathrooms and claimed they were closed at 9 o’clock even though the restaurant is open until 11. Not very good customer service in that regard.

what is this!!!! i ordered a fully loaded bowl & got it with basically nothing i asked for on it!! terrible i tried calling and they didnt even answer or try to resend me my correct bowl
