Chipotle Mexican Grill

Disappointing experience at this Chipotle location!

Today, my friend and I visited this restaurant, but the service was subpar. The staff made several mistakes with our orders:

- My friend was charged for guacamole he didn't order.
- I was given a half scoop of everything, making my burrito almost a kids' meal size.
- I was charged for double meat despite asking for just a little extra (which is usually free).
- When we pointed out the mistakes the employees started started yelling at us.

To top it off, we didn't receive our receipts and change, and when we went back to ask for them, the staff claimed they had already given them to us.

The mistakes and terrible customer service ruined our experience. We left feeling frustrated and disappointed. We hope Chipotle takes steps to improve the service and accuracy at this location, it is needed!

It's a slop bowl, so with low expectations, it was good enough. Staff are great, location is good near a lot of hotels and the Metro.

I've found a tiny stone in my Bowl that's not normal.. the food ain't bad but after that is most likely I won't come back

The best Chipotle restaurant! Everyone, especially the Cashier, are always very friendly and knowledgeable. It is always a great pleasure to stop by this Chipotle (in downtown Bethesda). Thank you for being so amazing!

It's a Chipotle. They're all terrible, and so is this one.

Did not visit. Don't know the meaning of Chipotle - is this a brand name or a type of food? Don't know where it is or what they sell. Sorry.

This location consistently makes the worst Chipotle bowls, they underserve portions every time and have sloppily made bowls. When order online they often forget side items like chips. It’s very frustrating. Luckily there are other chipotle locations in the area that are much better. Avoid ordering from this location if you can

The music sounds TERRRRRIBLE, my ears hurt from hearing thaat horrible sound.

the short mexican lady is greedy ash every time you ask for extra she will give you 1/5 of the spoon and the vinaigrette cups are bearly even filled, their so greedy dont come here
