Chipotle Mexican Grill

Update: I raised this to three starts because I went by the location to order and they gave more protein. My recommendation is to only order from here in person.

Original review: I love Chipotle and would order it all the time on Uber Eats. We order Uber Eats at least 2 to 3 times a week. After a few orders from this location, I never order from Chipotle online. It's really unfortunate because I could eat Chipotle every day.

The problem is that the burritos and bowls are not made with any care whatsoever. Protein, forget about it. I've ordered bowls that come with about 1 tablespoon of chicken. And when I ask for hot sauce they carelessly drench the food to the point it's not edible.

I remember the days I use to eat that huge burrito almost every other day. It was my go-to. Now, we never eat at Chipotle at home or on the go. My experience with this location changed my view on Chipotle.

I recommend skipping this location at the mall.

Amazing !! I ordered online since I had no other choice and the portion sizes were amazing!! Keep it up. Nothing about my bowl was stingy. Also food was very fresh!!

Worst Chipotle I've been to. I usually don't leave reviews especially bad reviews, but this is just nonsense. I've grown accustomed to Chipotle skimping on their meats, but not to this extent. The lady working there probably gave me 1/3 a scoop of steak. It looks like you need to get a double or triple scoop in order to get an regular serving. I also asked for hot sauce on the side and was ignored. The cashier was a bit more pleasant. She asked me if I needed anything else and I mentioned the hot sauce, and right as I said that the employee that made my order gruntled that she knew and finally gave me the hot sauce. I give this Chipotle one or two years before they close down, unless they change their employees. Good luck.

Probably the worst chipotle service I’ve had. Worth skipping and going to literally any other in the area.

The worker have nasty attitude!! I did an online order and it specifically said that certain item will be added if I order this . Lady try to tell me I need to pay for it after I already did online . How are you guys over charging people when they already paid . Do better an hire new employee because once the manger came out she claims she didn’t charge me for the item but made a whole issue out of it .

Horrible customer service. Horrible under sized portions. How is this even a normal serving? Even though photo makes it look bigger than what it is. I don't know why I just didn't leave.

This is the second time I had the really bad experience with the same Spanish lady with the glasses Who refused to give her name after she provide horrible service and rude, disrespectful behavior,

She’s the one who make her own rules only in this chipotle,

I got 4 kids meal for my kids and she refused to give guacamole and kids cheese quesadillas,

She said kids meal only comes with rice, beans, soft small tortilla, kids juice and kids chips,

Evan there was another customer who corrected her but she still didn’t listen and told us to go to another chipotle because this chipotle in Montgomery mall have different rules and this what their manager told them and that’s all they know.

I ask her name and her manager to talk she refuses to give the information, for that rude behavior there were two other customers with the kids who left.

I would like to get her name and complaint to CEO of the chipotle.

I will request a Maryland State Government to visit that place to see the behavior of these criminals, so they can close this place

After multiple times of getting ripped off with a miniature burrito, I'm not going here ever again. Even the server gives me half a spoon of chicken, I ask for the regular amount and he says it will cost more. The burrito is the size of the small juice box and full of rice. What a rip off. Good bye.

Ordered a Barbacoa bowl and a build your own kids meal. The bowl was loaded with ingredients and tasted pretty good…except there wasn’t much rice (less than usual) so the rice that was there was liquidy. The corn in the kids meal was extremely salty so it was inedible. Overall, it was pretty good.
