Salads are always delicious, love the way they're chopped. Easy ordering on the app and ready for pick up when I arrived at the scheduled time. Utensils are out for you to take, but also wrapped, which I appreciate. And there are also paper bags for you to put your takeout order in if you want.

Fresh Ingredients!I visited Chopt first time (4/18/23). Bethesda Row it's literally next to the Bethesda Trolley Trail entrance on Bethesda Ave. Limited Indoor & Outdoor Seating.I ordered the "Santa Fe" salad (avocado, corn, grape tomatoes, crispy shallots atop romaine lettuce w/Smokey chipotle dressing.) Tasty fresh ingredients.The chipotle dressing much spicier than expected. The spicy flavor overpowered the salad for me.Prompt courteous customer service. See Photos!

For those who dont know this place make your salad on demand, or you could simply choose from from their menu . The location is clean and spacious, the salads tastes good, I had a warm Mediterranean salad and it was great . Also chose the option to seat outside as they provide chairs for outside
First time eating from here. Will definitely be the last. Quite honestly, one of the nastiest lunch I’ve ever bought. Couldn’t even finish the bowl. And my stomach is hurting now. I’m not sure why this has 4.2 stars in the first place. Literally disgusting! Chicken had no flavor, the rice was mushy and overcooked. Dressing was smothered all over the bowl that it almost became soup. And for $13 ??Never again!!!

I like Chopt food a lot. However their delivery is very shaky. In my most recent order of 4 salads 1 was the completely wrong salad. It contained a protein item [double] that I cannot eat. Despite delivery directions that sated "ring door bell button" the bag was left at my door early and I had no idea it was there. The manager credited me for wrong salad but refused to deliver the correct salad. On other orders either the delivery was never made or delayed calls reported they were out of certain items, etc etc.

The salads from this place are banging! Imo, they're fairly large. I usually eat about half of it for lunch and then put it in the fridge and eat the rest during dinner.

The staff at this chop’t is so nice. They always double check throughout the ordering process that the salad is being made according to what I want. Regarding the brand- I wish the destination bowls were bigger, but overall I’ve never been disappointed with a salad from here. My go to is the Mexican Caesar with chipotle dressing. Perfectly amount of heat from the dressing and cool from the cotija and romaine.
