Chopt Creative Salad Co.

I’ve noticed a concerning change in portion sizes compared to previous visits. The bowls appear smaller and more narrow than they were originally, and the scoop portions have noticeably decreased. At the same time, prices continue to increase.

For reference, my recent order totaled $19 (including a lemonade), yet the portion size did not reflect that price point. The value proposition feels significantly different than it did in the past.

This trend of reduced portions alongside rising prices is becoming increasingly common across fast-casual restaurants, but it is particularly noticeable here. If pricing adjustments are necessary, consistency and transparency in portion standards are equally important.

I hope management reviews portion control and pricing alignment to ensure customers feel they are receiving fair value for their purchase.

Disappointing. I give it 3.5 stars. I used to go Chopt every other week for lunch. The last time I went, I ordered a salad with chicken, and the chicken was so bad (how did they even make chicken into that texture and taste?) that I picked out all of the pieces before I could eat the rest of the salad.

If I were to treat Chop't as a place that doesn't have chicken as topping, I would give it a 4. But at some point, I might as well make my own salad.

Staff are efficient, professional and friendly. I enjoy my twice weekly visits as the salads and possible customizations are exceptional.

A light and airy store with plenty of seating. My.husband and I had salad bowls and they were both delicious. I had the Mediterranean and he the Chicken Tinga. They were fresh, tasty with sizable portions. The staff was cheerful and efficient. The space very clean.
