ABSOLUTELY disgusting service today. My husband and I went to go get cinnabon today at this mall (never been here before) and this young asian man was behind the counter doing something, of course my husband and I patiently waited for him to help us. We silently waited (he looked up a few times at us and said nothing) then two young ladies came up to the counter next to us about 2 minutes later(we were closest to the guy and he was aware we were there) THIS man proceeded to IGNORE us and walk over to help the young ladies. Absolutely horribly rude?! what did we do?? What could have possibly warranted this person to ignore us. Then I say loudly “excuse me sir, we were here first why did you just ignore us” then he looks at us with the most idiotic look ive ever seen. As if he just did not give a heck. Not sure if it was a race thing, or maybe he just felt like being rude, but he 1000% saw us there as he made eye contact several times with us when we stood there waiting patiently. My husband and I walked away after deciding its best not to get too angry, but what a disgustingly rude person.

Update your store hours! The mall and all the stores open at 10:00am, but was told by the guy browsing his phone behind the counter that they don’t open until 10:30? And least update the correct hours on your listing.

2nd time coming here where they opened the store late. Google maps and Cinnabon site state they open at 11am and when I arrived, they were closed. Would not recommend this location.
