The BonBites roles are my absolute favorite! They are always so soft and fluffy and full of cinnamon flavor. The icing is the perfect finishing touch. Plus, the staff is really friendly and helpful, which makes the experience all the more enjoyable. I always make sure to stop by for one when I'm doing my shopping.

After walking up to the counter, there was one individual that was bent down. Once he stood up, he walked away from the counter he never acknowledged us. There was another individual that was frosting Cinnabon's. He came over picked up a pan of buns, went back to frosting the buns, again never acknowledged us. We stood there for about five minutes. Without being acknowledged two women walked up to the counter. The employees stop what he was doing greeted them with a hello how can I help you? I said we have been standing here for five minutes. You've never acknowledged us one employee walked away from the counter, didn't acknowledge it you saw, standing here, never acknowledged us. He offered no apologies and just said, how can I help you? This is so unacceptable. I'm not sure if they were having a bad day. I don't want to say that race played a part in it and but I was very very disappointed and upset. By the way I was treated at your location at Westfield Montgomery. And the first individual who walked away from us looked like he was a manager... so unprofessional

After some serious shoe shopping, we needed dessert. So, we decided to get some at the Cinnabon's. I have great memories of warm Cinnabons with cinnamon taste and rich creamy frosting. Well, leave those memories in the past. We were pretty early by mall eatery standards. The person who waited on us took our order and threw it in a bag. I asked for the buns to be warmed up and he put the buns in a microwave for a few seconds. These buns were not tasty, like I remembered. They had probably been sitting in the case all day. Now, don't get me wrong, they were not bad. Just not fresh and delicious, as I remembered. That didn't stop us from finishing the pack. But, if I was wondering around the eatery again, it definitely wouldn't be my first choice.

I ordered 4 classic rolls from the store and those are heavenly delicious. The staff were super friendly and efficient.
Placed a $60 order that never arrived. No one ever attempted to remedy the issue.

They definitely need to work on customer service!! I guess they are franchise because they dont participate in coupons or offers. The guy at the register I guess the manager. Stood there stone face no hello or even a smile. Even the baker looked mad ...making the buns. It wasnt even busy. So the manager should be happy that he got some sales from my co workers and I. Now for my buns, they are good!! Soft and gooey!! It definitely satisfied my Cinnabon fix! 3 stars mostly for my Cinnabon. I hope more locations open. With the manager poor attitude, I seriously doubt this place will last. Also the prices for one cinnabon is $4.99.

I've never had an issue with their customer service but then again, their Cinnabon's are so good I have never payed attention. The service is usually quick and their Cinnabon's usually go even quicker. Yum.
