The server was quite rude. When I mentioned that the menu states orders over $40 include two egg rolls, they became irritated and told me rudely that I would have to wait to get them. Very disappointing service.

Fantastic casual Chinese restaurant, with the best versions of many dishes that I've ever had over the last 50 years, including many restaurants in Los Angeles and its San Gabriel Valley that teems with authentic Chinese fare. Generous portions and friendly staff. I no longer live in DC, but I'm sure to return whenever life brings me back home.

Hair in my food and i’m not sure if it was on purpose or mistake :( . Ordered pork fried rice and got the wrong order, then was told that I need to ask for “roasted pork fried rice” & she showed me on the menu. Then I asked what pork fried rice I ordered so I wouldn’t make that mistake again and there was only one Pork Fried Rice on the menu and I told her this and she just closed it. Then I found a hair in my food after they remade it with the pork fried rice I wanted. I tried to call for a refund and said I’d show them a picture. I really wanted it replaced but got scared and got anxiety. Now I’m bringing it back like this in order to get a refund.

A large group of is enjoyed dinner here. I especially liked my shrimp and veggies Lite dish, which came with six large succulent shrimp, snow peas, sliced carrots and broccoli in a light mild sauce. Others raved about the duck, for which I plan to return. Many folks only ate half their meal and the restaurant provided Chinese takeout boxes to take the rest home.

Shrimp with broccoli was tasteless and expensive with a side of belly cramps. Seems I paid $20 for lunch portion size.

Nice little spot with super friendly service and delicious homemade dumplings and noodles. I got to try some Chinese beer for the first time (Tsingtao) as well and it was perfect with my food. I could not recommend this place more! 🤤🤤🤤

EDIT: here for a second time and the food is just as good. Eventually, I'll try something different, but for right now the homemade noodles and dumplings hiiiiit 🤤💖 I highly recommend the pan-fried veggie dumplings. They use a sort of mulled veggie mixture inside that is absolutely delicious.

Great takeout. Was hot and ready when we arrived. Stayed crispy and was delicious.

For those with celiac disease, this is a great option! They are willing to make many things GF. You just ask while making your selections. I called in a takeout order, and they were so kind.

We ordered all our entrees GF: Singapore rice noodles, kung pao chicken, beef with asparagus, and tofu with mixed veggies and basil. They all were flavorful and delicious. I often find that a GF request can equate to bland -- not here.

The portions were large too. My family of 4 adults enjoyed the food for a couple of days afterward.

I need to have more meals to give it a full 5 on the food and what it might be like to dine in at this small restaurant. But we will be back!
