Great service
Would avoid the breakfast buffet. Had better free breakfast at a middle of nowhere residence inn than here.
Food was okay. Service was very subpar. First time in a while we actually had to go find a server for some service in a restaurant.
Glad I switched to another hotel.

A quick and thoughtful young man was my server. Seemed busy but gave very adequate and timely service. Anthony was a joy to have. The modern atmosphere I enjoyed. Only wish that they had more vegan options.

Service was great. The restaurant was clean and accommodating. The crab cake was mushy with too much filler and not a good texture or taste. The buffalo wings and salad was a true winner in freshness and in taste. The breakfast pancakes needed to be cooked better, the center was a little undercooked. The breakfast quesadilla with eggs, cheese and potatoes could have used more cheese. I believe only a pinch of cheese was used for the breakfast quesadilla, but it was not on the eggs, it was in the inner corner of the tortilla. The breakfast quesadilla would have been a winner if cheese was incorporated with the eggs and potatoes.
Over all, Cooperâs Mill food selection definitely had a few hit and misses. Crab cakes at $30 was a hard miss, thatâs a no. Buffalo wings and salad a hard hit, yes and yes. The drinks were decent just too much ice and a pinch of the drink.
If I was to return I would definitely order the buffalo wings and salad only.
Worst dining experience of my life. Went there for Motherâs Day dinner with my husband, two adult sons, expectant daughter, son-in-law and baby grandson. We placed our orders and as the waitress walked away I commented, âI hope she remembers everything. She didnât write anything down.â Food comes out and my son gets a hamburger instead of the crab cake sandwich that he ordered, so we politely ask the waitress to take it back and give him what he ordered. She came back to tell us that the manager said that we still have to pay for the hamburger. We ask to speak to the manager, who proceeds to tell us that we ordered the hamburger, and therefore had to pay for it. We told her we didnât, and that the waitress obviously remembered it wrong since she didnât write it down. Then we were told that she did write it down and she went back to the kitchen to get her notepad. So fine, we said, but she didnât write it down at the table. She must have done that when she got back to the kitchen. My daughter even suggested that they review the security footage to see that she didnât write it down, and I asked why, on earth, my son would order something he didnât want just to ask for it to be exchanged and have to wait while the rest of us were eating. I have never, in my life, had a manager at a restaurant suggest that I was lying and refuse to find a way to make things right. After much back and forth, she finally relented and agreed to exchange the burger for the crab cake, but our meal was already ruined. I sat there shaking on the inside while I ate , so upset at having to argue with this young woman at what was supposed to be an enjoyable Mothers Day dining experience. My daughter felt the same. It was anything but! Two of my children have both been servers, and they were appalled at the way we were treated. To add insult to injury, after we had decided to give a reduced tip due to this abysmal treatment, a 20% tip was automatically added to our bill due to the size of our party. By then we had a new waiter, and he told us that the manager could remove the automatic tip, so she came back and, with an incredibly cocky, smug attitude, told us that she would not be doing that because it was written in the menu that parties of six or more are automatically tipped 20%. So we paid and left, but not before pointing out to each other that my other sonâs hamburger was severely undercooked, my daughter never got the ginger ale she ordered, my husbandâs sandwich had tomatoes on it when he asked that they be omitted, and the macaroni and cheese we asked for without bacon crumbles was delivered with them. So, donât go there. And Marriott, if youâre reading this, send that manager for customer service training!
Service for Motherâs Day absolutely trash! Server never greeted us. Dirty table had ask for water they advertised bottomless mimosas but we were charged for each mimosas served and which was ridiculous slowwwww.. food as basic which breakfast you donât have to do much and it still sucked soo bad⊠what a Motherâs Day brunch.
We visited on Mother's Day for Brunch - first-timer. We had made a reservation and arrived on time but could not be seated right away; set at the bar for about 10 minutes then seated. We wanted to change seats (chairs were too low) and the hostess allowed us to switch to a different table (with chairs with handles and more comfortable). The new table was sticky but the hostess was pleasant and immediately came over to wipe clean, provided flatware and menus. The waitress came several minutes later- there were more customers than available waitresses. When she finally came, she was attentive and explained the menu vs buffet options. We opted for the buffet. It was small and offered only breakfast options...eggs (homemade omelets), small waffles, sausage, bacon, fruit, breads, cereal... While small the food was very tasty to my pleasant surprise - kudos to the chef. The restaurant is moderate size though tables were relatively close. This particular day was rather crowded because of the day I'm sure. Price was fair - though would have preferred more food options for a brunch buffet. Overall, it was a pleasant experience food was great. I would suggest to others and probably visit again if I am in the neighborhood.
Went on Mother's Day and they had no normal menu as advertised. We sat around 11. Didn't get service til 11:30. Didn't get drinks or order taken til 11:45. Food came around 12:20. Basically sat a whole hour almost and it wasn't pleasant. Very unorganized and asked to speak to the manager twice. They never came. Our bill was over charged. You can't advertise bottomless mimosas and charge us for every single one.... Then after fixing our bill they tried to charge us service fee of the money they originally charged for the drinks. I'll never come here again. Horrible brunch service. 20 tables 2 waitresses and 8 people on staff with 6 walking around. It's a travesty
If youâre a guest, thatâs arriving to the hotel in the later evening hours, Make sure you order food from somewhere else because even though here on Google, it says thereâs not supposed to close until 12am, Thereâs a good chance theyâre gonna close early on you. When I arrived at the hotel at 1120pm I walked toward the restaurant and was told by staff they were already closed and the staff member lied to me and said that the website was wrong but when I went to the front desk and asked them, they told me the restaurant wasnât supposed to close until midnight. Then another front desk staff member told me that they just decided to close early that night.
False advertising is not a good look, So either change your time to say you close at 11 or 10 So that guest that may be coming to the hotel later, can know to stop and get food before they get there, Or do right by your customers and stay open until midnight like the website says youâre supposed to

The food was very good, the service was decent, the place was packed, very busy and loud. The food was expensive the portion of the food was on the smaller side. The jumbo lump crab cake was claw at best. While I enjoyed the flavor profiles of my food, they didn't have enough people working, I didn't feel well attended to.. They changed the menu from what was available on their website so the items I came for weren't on it.. Had the short rib on a bed of greens with a potato pancake, jumbo lump Maryland crab cake, French dip soup, calamari, and roasted chicken (we returned the roasted chicken).. After getting our parking validated it was still $8 to park on their property.. I probably won't be back..
The waitresses were just wonderful, especially to our 2 year old granddaughter. Food was very good; loved the fries!
A normal hotel restaurant. It has typical menus like burgers and the like. I found the quality average. The service was friendly and attentive.
Love this restaurant! Wish they would bring back happy hour! I heard it was a corporate decision and not the individual restaurant. But a lot of people really enjoyed it. The prices are a bit high to go on a regular basis. But the food is excellent nonetheless.
Brooke my Server seemed annoyed to originally see me â10 minutes till breakfast was over she curtly announced five times within a the few moments I was there,â she kept counting down the time out loud in a rude brazen manner!. I asked her for a cup of Orange juice she ignored me never brought it I then asked Paulette for a cup of orange juice Paulette brought it with a smile! Paulette was amazing very friendly engaging and attentive! Then I was over charged on my bill and had to wait for staffing to adjust it!!!âŠ
