I was hesitant before writing this review because I wasn’t sure what I experienced was a big deal or not. But after reading some of the reviews here, I decided to write my own experience. I ordered online today for a quick lunch. When I entered the cafe and headed towards the counter, there were two staff members there. The lady was helping a customer and the other male staff was just talking and standing there. As soon as we made eye contact, he ignored me and went straight towards the kitchen like he didn’t want to serve me. I was standing there waiting to pick up my order. There were 3 staff members in that area that I was able to see (one was making coffee so I don’t blame him). I waited a bit and had to ask “anyone here?” just to get their attention. Actually only the lady had some reaction and asked me what I need. The other male staff kept himself inside the kitchen area. I actually could see him … he was not making food or anything. The lady helped me get my order. The food was great. I was a little disappointed with some of the staffs at this place. Feels like they select customers to serve. I used to order a lot more often at this place. But my kid is sometimes reluctant to go inside and pick up orders for me. You could probably guess why.

Speed seemed to be more important that order accuracy. All of the issues with our orders was corrected. The food tasted great!

The food and location are OK, but the service is terrible. I actually stood in front of the cashier for about five minutes with employees going back-and-forth right in front of me before even someone acknowledge me. At that point, I got their attention and asked if I could please order a coffee. I ordered and paid, and then sat to wait for my drink. After about 10 minutes, they had not called me and I went up and the employee to inquire. They apologized and said they forgot to make it. Very unfortunate that the service is so bad will not be coming back.

Got the lunch shrimp scampi... absolutely wasted my money. Only edible thing was the cookie. Food was bland and rubbery. The beverages area was the scarier the bathroom where people have no home training. the people where kind at least. My stumach now hurts and im in my car nauseous. Mind you I am not in anyway allergic to shrimp. I even got a piece bread that was burnt. Made it worse. Can't get the taste out my mouth. Will not be seeing me in any lifetime.

The service was friendly, but you could hear the staff in the kitchen, sounded like a party. The food was good the timeless of the food was good. The counter staff was selective as to the customers they expedited, and the kitchen staff had to come out and make our coffee order. There was a lot of open seating, but there were also a lot of tables that were in need of cleaning (our third table had crumbs and maple syrup on the table). We bused our own table, not sure if we were supposed to or if the staff would, but we did.

Be prepared to argue when trying to redeem coupons. The manager who seems like he knows everything, does not like to have coupons redeemed. When attempting he will tell you that you need to have the app. Which is incorrect. There are sometimes that there are email coupons that are only redeemable via in store purchases. Case in point I will not be returning back here.

Stopped by for lunch. Bread was dry and stale - baked fresh the day before yesterday. The Roast Beef and Blue Cheese had maybe half a teaspoon of blue cheese salad dressing leaving the sandwich very dry. And the roast beef was enough to sort of flavor the bread, but not enough protein for a lite meal. My friend had the Pretzel/Ham sandwich which wasn't much better. They weren't busy, so it was disappointing that it took quite a while to be able to place our order.

I've always had great service at this location. The food is delicious and if anytime I have had an issue, the staff fixes it. Nice place to sit and have a quiet bite to eat. Hector was especially kind during my last visit.

Absolutely terrible service.
I ordered a sandwich with gluten free bread (extra $1.60) and a hot vanilla latte. After a 15 minute wait I was told that they were out of gluten free bread (why didn't they know this sooner?). They refunded me for the sandwich (I did ask for a bag of chips for the inconvenience they said no). I then waited another 5 minutes for my hot vanilla latte and ended up needing to remind them about it twice before being served a plain latte with no vanilla. Waiting for 30 minutes to get the wrong coffee order is absurd.
